System is not so flexible as it is…
System is not so flexible as it is other’s companies of delivery . Door. Call or sms when arrived . Sent many times sms during the process . It is not nice!

The order did not arrive
The order did not arrive, no idea why there is a delay. According to delivery company tracking page, the goods have been at their terminal since 19/01/2022.

I haven’t got my order after 2 months, wrote to customer service and only got an answer after a week, which didn’t resolve the problem. I’m still waiting for their reply and it’s been 10 days now. I really wished I hadn’t placed an order in this website so that I didn’t have to go through this awful experience.

Awful service
Something we bought is not working as expected. Contacted the customer service, who demanded photos, S/N, and other various information. After 2 weeks waiting for their response, without being able to enjoy the purchase, they just reply with: “contact the vendor’s service”.
Obviously they are just interested in your money, and they don’t care much when an issue happens. As a proof, see that they only respond to the positive reviews here, and they don’t even say sorry or apologise in the negative ones, nothing. I always evaluate shops about how the handle the issues, and that says it all.

This particular supplier wants to handle all types of complaints on their own, as they want to offer that service their high competence about the product to their customers. Unfortunately, we do not get around this handling method according to the agreement with the brand.
The supplier are professionals in their technological product and their expertise helps to handle the matter in the best possible way.
We regret that the feeling was the opposite for you, but want to assure you that in this case it is in the customer's best interests.
Our customer service is hard hit by the pandemic at the moment, and we must give priority to handling the cases that have come to us and in the second place, ie now respond to the reviwe itself. Positive reviews get an automatic response. We will soon be in phase with our usual handling times where all reviews will be met within 24 hours on weekdays. We ask for forgiveness for a little while longer.
We regret that your experience was not the one we wanted and if there is anything else we can do for you, we ask you to return.

I may get my product...sometime, but KitchenTime replaced!
Can't review the product because it's taking so long to deliver the cafetiere, so I can only comment on the very slow delivery time. Hopefully the product is good because it was their more expensive unit.

Total delivery mess!!!
Hi. I did not get my order yet... it was supposed to be home delivery (Helthjem), but you sent it with PostNord and they let it in a pickup point and not even today, after 5 working days, I cannot pick up my pack.
Update: insted of home delivery which was charged on the invoice - 39 kr extra, and the only option available, i got a food steamer and an 11 l airfyer oven 1.5 km away from my home (initially, it was in a Coop store, 20 m away. Why did Post Nord move it 2 buss stops away? Who knows?!?)
Hopefully they are ok, after all this moving from there to there!!!
