I ordered cutlery from kitchentime.dk and when it arrived one of the knives was rusty. (This was not kitchentimes fault)
Immediately afterwards I filed a complaint. They asked me if I wanted a new knife or a 50kr refund, to which I answered that I wanted a new knife.
It is now two moths since I filed my first complaint. I haven’t received the knife and I am not sure if they have even sent a new one.
They have stopped answering my emails, which means that I have no idea what’s going on with my order.
All in all a very bad experience.

After placing my order with this company, the problems started.
The order (value DKK 928,- = € 125,-) was placed on June 27th and estimated to ship out on July 9th.
On July 10th, I got an e-mail with information about a delay of shipping, but without a new shipping date.
As no further information received since July 10th, I tried to call Kitchen time on July 17th . Now I realized the there was no phone number available on the Danish website, only a possibility to write them a message. I then used a search engine to find the number, which directed me to the Swedish office in Uppsala. Here I got in contact with customer service, Emma, who was friendly, but not very helpful. I asked her to get my delayed items quickly and suggested Kitchentime to buy the items from another vender in Sweden. (The brand Rörstrand is one of Swedend’s biggest porcelain brands and easy to buy in any warehouse). I must have my parcel no later than July 26th which would give Kitchentime 9 days to deliver to me. 24 hours later (July 18th) I got an email from Kitchentime, telling me that my order now has been delayed until August 21st. I called customer care, Henrik, who was not very friendly at all and not willing to pass me on to the customer care manager nor give me the name of this person!!! He further stated that they don’t want to speak to their customers from other countries than Sweden!!! Later on July 18th I talked to Rebecca in customer service and followed my phone call up with an e-mail, asking her to cancel my order, which now has been done.
My conclusion is:
- I should have checked out this company before placing an order with them.
- I waited 3 weeks to get a new delivery date.
- this delivery date was further 5 weeks ahead = waiting 8 weeks.
- no phone number to a Danish customer service.
- I haven’t experienced such extremely poor customer service ever.
- stay away from this company!

products sent from Sweden (=longer delivery time) which is not clear when you order from Danish website that promised quick delivery. Order placed 18.6. and when I realized that the stock was supposed to be sent from Sweden, I sent an email to customer service asking specificly for quick delivery. 19.6. reply from Kitchentime that stock would be sent the same day. However the parcel was only dispatched 20.6. afternoon and could be picked up on 24.6. This is not exactly what I see as quick delivery and the customer service reply is incorrect.

They delivered the item we purchased in an odd colour - it looked nothing like the picture. I have tried to write to the customer service 3 times and have not heard
anything back.
Tried to find a phone number but they have no number at the moment! So we are stuck with an item we cant use! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!

I ordered a bathroom shelf on this website back in November 2018. It is the end of January 2019 and I still didn't get my order.
In the meantime, I contacted them several times, but nothing is happening! I am afraid that this site is not trustworthy! As to the level of their service, it's close to none, as it is me all the time who has to call them and inquire about my order!

The items arrived on schedule despite of the busy Holiday season. Also it was well packed and I got the exact items.

Even though I placed my order for a popular product two weeks before Christmas it was delivered in time for a present to a family member. :-)
