I ordered 3 cups before the new year and…
I ordered 3 cups before the new year and wrote for customer service in the middle of January to understand where is my order. They provide me with info that the items will be delivered after 14 of February. I wrote them again after the date and they postponed delivery until JULY... July is in a 5 months.
I would say that customer service does not try to explain everything.

Seriously delayed, CEO is good.
Ordered over a month, got billed immediately but notified only once that it is late, with no delivery date known.They have no phone, no chat to talk to, and their responses thus far can be summed up as one level above computer generated responses.
Update: got contacted by the ceo of the company. Lovely guy, who apologised for the mistake, increased the compensation for the order being two months delayed from 10 percent to 50. While it does not reverse the dismal customer experience prior, the fact that the owners are aware of the issues in their pipeline and act on them is worthy of respect. No perfect score but I was impressed.

Very unprofessional, worst experience, don't recommend
First of all they are selling products they don't have on stock without warning, but that's not all!
After making the order on the 12th November, I received a mail saying that the product is not on stock and it should arrive the 25th of November instead. After the 25th, I contact them again and they say the product will not be on stock until the 12th of December actually. Then they offer me 15% discount for the trouble after I complain. Which I thought it's nice enough. And I ask them to send them while I wait.
The 12th of December I write to ask how is the situation and that I have not received the 15% return that they promised, sending screen shots of my bank transactions. They insist I should've received it the 2nd December, but I never did. And reply that I have to contact Klarna, their paying method, then. Which I took almost as a joke, because it's the method they choose for their website, so they are responsible to check why their payments don't go through!?
Anyway, Today the 15th of December I call to hear what is the state of the order and when should I be in my store ready to receive it. Knowing they should've sent it the 12th or 13th.
After we speak for a while where they ask me to mail them all the conversation I had with their colleague, they say it was 10% and not 15 and that they need to see the convo, which it was through their own Facebook 🤷🏼♀️, but ok, I was getting ready to do that after asking again: When is the product arriving? And then They say it won't arrive before 2 months.
So in the end I obviously choose to cancel my order and get the full refund. I have been waiting so long, choose their website because it said on stock for this product.
Seriously the worst experience ever. Wasted so much time and got extremely annoyed. I do not recommend buying through them. Not to be trusted whatsoever.
Answer to your answer: Another way to show you have no idea or overview on your orders. And I have to use more time on it. My order number was: 1632999
