That this company deducts money from your bank account even after you cancelled.
I cancelled this account and when I was on the chat of the company I spoke to numerous agents. I was assured that this account was cancelled on 31/03/2025. an amount of R177.04 was deducted from my bank account. Then another amount of R180.55 was deducted again. This is all a scam and I am not happy at all. Jamal notified me that he decided to do me a favour and refund me. But there is no money back in my bank account.
I appreciate it that he came back to me after none of the other agents helped me.

Be Careful
I have never visited this site before yesterday when I found out money was going out of my back account to the company, yet managed somehow to set up an account and a subscription and have large amounts of money taken out of my account. Thankfully after a long battle I spoke to Marc on chat and he has helped me today, I could not praise him enough. Thanks again Marc
