Took the plunge and bough the Danish Wisk. I "whisk" <---aka WISH I had bought this about 40 years ago! This whisk has changed my life! Baking and making dough is a breeze! It certainly holds up its end of the bargain! If you are wondering if you should buy it, DO IT! :-) Fast shipping and everything went smooth.

I like this matt, it holds in place and is great for measuring out my crusts. Clean up is easy and I keep it rolled in with the tissue paper when stored.

Love this product! It has simplified so many mundane kitchen tasks for me! Easy to store and clean! I've recommended it to all my friends on social media!

The Dutch whisk I received from Kitchen soufflé is sturdy and well made so easily mixes even thick cookie dough and cleans up easily. Every baker should have one !

The Dutch Dough Whisk is a very handy kitchen tool. It scrapes the sides of the bowl while you are mixing making the process so much easier than other spoons or mixing tools. I love it!!

I purchased the special rolling pin for my nephews birthday. He was so delighted and told me he couldn't wait to use it. He and his children love to bake and this item is sure to help him do just that.

Hi, I have a son that hates spoon rests. They are too little, they are light, they melt or get hot and crack. Then he saw the Spoon Rest from Kitchen Souffle. He loves it. It's polished metal that looks nice and is easy to clean. It's big enough to hold a ladle-the handle sticks over-but the scoop isn't dripping on stove or counter. I'm thinking of buying another one for the counter. I love it, and people say-Is that a spoon rest?

I have been making homemade bread products for family and friends for over 50 years and now I own the best WHISK I have ever owned!!! It does exactly what kitchensouffle.com said it would and it will last into our next generation! I now make the best textured and risen bread EVER! I would give this unique tool 10 gold stars!

I ordered the Danish whisk, cast iron chain mail scrubber, and the plastic bag holders. Every thing arrived in good order and well packed for shipment. I haven't used the whisk yet, but I know I won't be disappointed.

I bought the Danish whisk to help whisk and mix doughs, but wanted to test it. I used it to mix a variety of doughs, from bread to chunky mixes and it performed above expectations. It mixed everything well and thoroughly and I am not very strong, so that was impressive. Just as impressive was the ease of cleaning. Very happy with it and recommend it highly!

The Danish Whisk makes breadmaking a breeze. Dough moves through the whisk so easily, doesn't strain your wrist, like a wooden spoon. Cleanup is easy, just run it under the faucet.
