I have absolutely no interior design skills but Clare made the process a breeze. From the moment I stepped into Kitchensmiths I had her full attention and never felt the process was rushed. Alternatives were
explained in detail and additional options I might have forgotten about explored. The 3D renderings of the design in the proposal gave a really good impression of the final result.

The installation process could not have gone any more smoothly. It quickly became clear that Clare is also an excellent project manager: the proposed plan was followed to the dates specified and needed no involvement from me. Nevertheless Clare kept me fully informed about progress.

Every one of their tradesmen seemed to take a pride in their work and the results reflect that. They were friendly, happy to explain what they were doing and left the place clean and tidy.

I'm so pleased with the end result.

The team was highly professional, the scheduling was excellent, and the end result a fantastic high-quality kitchen. Aspects such as plumbing and fittings that needed on-site decisions were dealt with very well.

From the very first meeting to the installation and post-install snagging, the entire team at KitchenSmiths have been a dream to work with. Their customer service and attention to detail is second-to-none and we wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them.

We loved our kitchensmiths kitchen so much we had them come back and do our living room! They are absolutely trustworthy (and well worth any extra cost compared to budget kitchen places). You'll never have to repair shoddy work nor be let down by Kitchensmiths, they take real pride in doing excellent work. Tidy, polite, professional, efficient and all round lovely people. 100% recommend.

We've had a new kitchen installed by Kitchensmiths. Clare was extremely helpful in coming up with ideas and designing our perfect kitchen. There were a few hurdles along the way, but at all times, Kitchensmiths were flexible and very helpful. The fitting team were fantastic and we are so pleased with our new kitchen. They have continued to offer amazing service and I would highly recommend.

Just wanted to say thank you for our beautiful new kitchen. There was a problem with our original choice of cupboard finish due to the manufacturer, but a new one was found and this was resolved very efficiently.
Once the work had started everything happened when they said it would, and it was great to see our kitchen come together. We’d like to thank everyone involved for a great job.

I had to relocate the kitchen in my 16th-century cottage to a room with a crazy shape. After a lot of searching a real estate agent recommended Kitchensmiths as a reliable kitchen provider. The online reviews were also very good. I wrote to Alex, one of their designers, and everything was really smooth onwards. He assessed the space and presented an excellent design, by far the best among several top kitchen companies in Cambridge. Kitchensmiths is the opposite of a hard sell. They are extremely patient and really want to make sure you are getting what you are really hoping for. I have not been disappointed. The quality of everything they have delivered has been excellent and most beautiful. My only two caveats 1. They are not the cheapest on the market and 2. Their lead times can be long and you'll have to wait several months to get your kitchen. On the price: you get what you pay for plus all the benefits of a family business that tailors their product to your needs. The extra pound is well spent. On the waiting time: Kitchensmiths has a single team of fitters and they do one kitchen a week. I was slightly annoyed by this until the team came finally home. They were absolutely brilliant to tackle all the challenges of a room where there wasn't one single right angle. All members of the team were efficient, clean and polite, and on top of their game. It was well worth the wait. The result is absolutely stunning and I am very grateful to Kitchensmiths for the wonderful service I have received from them at every stage of the project. Alex and his colleague Maude are very professional and an absolute pleasure to deal with, and ready to do the extra mile in case you need it. I couldn't recommend them more.

Kitchensmiths are a truly excellent Company , offering a comprehensive kitchen project service.

Alex designed the kitchen in 2021 but due to serious delays caused by our builders, the installation did not take place until 2022. Alex supported us throughout and moved install dates to fit in with the delays caused by the builders. No fuss, just helped!
The install went well and we now have a fully working kitchen nearly 18 months from completing the design. I found the whole team helpful and responsive throughout, I highly recommend Kitchensmiths.

I was exceedingly happy with the whole process from beginning to end. Clare had excellent design ideas and was a model of common-sense and professionalism. The scheduling was marvellous and the workmen were careful, courteous and highly skilled. I can heartily recommend Kitchensmiths and would certainly use them again.

Both designer and installation team were very friendly and competent. Installation went almost to schedule. We are very pleased with our new kitchen.

All in all a great experience. Due to the age of the house we had a few issues that were not detected until the floor came up this did delay the project and left us without a kitchen for 3 months but Kitchensmiths put a temporary sink in for us which was a great help. I know that everything has been finished to a high standard and I will not have to worry about anything for a very long time. Now the kitchen is in we are delighted with it and have had a lot of comments on the design of it. The kitchen works so efficiently for us and makes cooking and cleaning so much easier than before.

Alex, our designer, listened to what I wanted for our new kitchen, and came up with plans which exactly met my ideas. Great advice in choosing the units, worktops, flooring etc. Very professional installing team and our kitchen has been much admired. Altogether a very satisfied customer

Clare is an extremely knowledgeable kitchen designer who really listened to what we wanted. The initial design she came up with needed hardly any tweaking. The quality of the kitchen furniture is also excellent, and we were happy that we got what we paid for - it is a pleasure to work in my new kitchen.

From the moment we walked into Kitchensmiths we knew we had made the right decision. One of the reasons we chose Kitchensmiths is because we knew they would do the complete job and “hold our hand” along the way, as we had never done anything like this before.
Clare, our designer listened to us and designed a fantastic kitchen. She created a kitchen that is beautiful and practical, her attention to detail is flawless - there is always a reason why she designs something in a particular way. All of this is done with a smile on her face, she is patient and reassuring if needed.
Simon and Dave, the fitters are highly skilled, professional and very respectful at all times, asking questions and making suggestions along the way, as was the plasterer and the plumber.
The job ran very smoothly, we had no hiccups or worries during the very well planned out process.

We are delighted with our kitchen. As with any building work, not everything was right first time but all issues were resolved quickly, to our satisfaction and with no hassle. Clare ran with our ideas and designed a kitchen that delivers everything we need and more within our budget. The design has significantly changed how we use our living space for the better.
