Excellent personal service

This company came to our assistance when we bought a house with a kitchen fitted by Cleveland Kitchens after an insurance claim. They could not have been helpful. Stuart even came to Grimsby to deliver the doors. First class service which is highly unusual these days.

If I could give 0 stars I would

We purchased our bespoke kitchen in 2019/20. The fitting process was horrendous with the fitter regularly losing his temper, even asking ' do I really want the candle holders putting up as they'll probably crack the tiles', they were standard fittings, he even tutted when I said yes. The toilet then majorly leaked with 6 months and we discovered was faulty abd not fitted correctly. The full length shower screen never stopped wobbling as only thin line of sealant which leaked. The shower boards completely chabge colour within 18 months, worsening to the point they look entirely different now. The 'radiator' we repeatedly checked was correct heat output for the room, barely hears the room despite flushing abd bleeding. We are advised by a plumber the btu output is completely insufficient, more like towel rail. Absolutely devastated, thousands in total wasted.
