Trying to exchange a coat
Trying to exchange a coat! Filled the online form out and the coat had been reduced so they were going to give me £6 back and exchange the coat. They’ve now increased the coat by £8!
Nowhere but nowhere is there a returns label ( they do returns for free). I’ve rang, left messages, E-mailed, used the automated returns system. Nothing!
Hopefully my bank and Trading standards will sort this.

It mistakenly identified your exchange as a return request, and therefore, a prepaid label was not offered to you. However, we manually processed your request and provided you with a prepaid label along with a different-sized coat both at our own expense. For the record, we don't do change-of-mind returns for free.

i previously hadn't tried all the products when I first posted my review so I didn't review all the items.
Now I have I'd like to update my review for those items too.
I could only find my way to the Scorpians bite chilli sauce review amd have updated that but include my thoughts on that again here and the other two sauces.
The 3 chilli sauces are very tasty.
The scorpions bite is wonderfully hot the Reapers creepers is probably even hotter with a lovely background smokiness.
I was a little less keen on the Ghost Tears the flavour is nice. A gentler heat with a sweet background but Im not keen on the texture. It feels "thickened" which it is but was a little too noticeable for my taste.
As I say it's taste is lovely and others may not be as bothered by the texture.
All in all delicious chilli sauces

Thanks for your feedback, sorry that we needed to cancel the order. At busy times data can slow up when popular items get multiple sales within a few seconds on our vatious stores and stock gets depleted before the real-time stock and data get back to sync. In that time your sale would have gone through as we had stock at the time that you paid for it. Unfortunately sometimes with all internet sales, we can run out of stock before the system has set the item to a 0 count so your sale went through at he same time as another customers for the same item. We make every effort to avoid this happening but seasonal rushes can cause glitches.

I am so disappointed with you. I bought a wardrobe on the 14th of April and l was expecting my order to be delivered on the 17th of April and l have not received it till today. I have emailed you for a refund so l can order somewhere else but there is no response from you. I feel so disapppointed and fustrated at the same time

We did respond to every online message and email from you that we are aware of, maybe our replies got lost in your inbox. Our delivery partner for 2-person delivery of large goods (Wardrobe) did have some issues with delivery to you as we explained via emails. The item was delivered slightly late and we are very sorry that this couldnt have been rectified us or by the couriers. We hope that you ubderstand that we made every effort to push them to get a new delivery window for you.
