Eventually when the rubber seal finally broke Lifetime brands replaced it free of charge and the customer care person (Marcus), couldn't have been nicer.

I've been making jams and chutneys for years. The transparent jar tops do not shrink back to create a seal as other brands do. They are meant to create a seal when dampened with water and placed over the jar top, which shrink when the warmed jars cool. These do not do that. As a result air can get into the jars, encouraging mould. Absolutely useless...

Kitchen craft Wok
I recently purchased a Kitchen Craft wok, and my experience has been quite disappointing. After only one week of use, the wok developed rust both inside and outside, making it unusable. I followed all the care instructions provided. I would not recommend it.

Prompt reply to the problem query. Simple request for information/photo to indicate the defect. Then agreed the item was faulty & agreed to replace which they did within a week. Excellent service.

I cannot praise the KitchenCraft team highly enough. I spoke to Elizabeth on the sales side, and later, Marcus, regarding a minor issue, I needed some help with regarding their beautiful Kazbar teapots, and from start to finish, the whole experience was brilliant! This company really understands about customer service and getting the right outcome for their customers. In a time when many companies hide behind frustrating barriers of automated phone systems and general impersonal service, how refreshing to find that there still businesses out there who 'go the extra mile' and actually exceed expectations rather than disappoint.

KitchenCraft’s guarantee is no joke
Within a day or so of messaging KitchenCraft about my wok being damaged, they sent me a new one. Absolutely zero faff and no beating about the bush from their part at all (like you might see from other companies avoiding giving products or money for free at all costs). My wok said it had a 15 year guarantee and it’s no joke!
The employee I had an email exchange with was very kind and informed me that a new wok had been ordered extremely fast.
Would highly recommend this company!

I rang KitchenCraft this morning 9/7/24 to inform them of the problem I had with an item that I had bought 12 months or more ago. Straight away without any hesitation I was told that my item would be replaced. Absolutely fantastic. Then a couple of hours later Marcus emailed me to say that my item was on its way. As I say First Class customer service. Thanks again.
Great Customer Service
We have a Built water bottle. They really are very good, but unfortunately the lid got broken. I contacted KitchenCraft to see if I could purchase a new lid and they have offered to replace it for me for free. The lovely customer support team were kind, helpful and very quick with replies. It is unusual these days to interact with such a responsive company who so obviously care about their customer experience.

Excellent customer services! I had a problem with an item, which was not their fault or responsibility, yet they went out of their way to help me. They ordered me a replacement item and posted it to me free of charge as soon as it came into stock. They told me when it would be available, and when they had posted it to me.

Brilliant Service
Over the years I have always found the Master Class equipment to be of excellent quality. We recently had the misfortune to damage a component of one of their Icing / Biscuit sets, a kitchen utensil that I constantly rely on in order to produce a professional finish.
