The "oversized hoody" didn't even cover my chin.
The material was that weird shiny synthetic that can generate static electricity when you pat cats.

Rubbish customer service. No response from mailbox. Email address is shady! Didn't receive goods over a month ago. Flagged to my bank for refund. Scam company.

For what it's worth my order number is 1016!!! Even the order number screams SCAM. Don't waste your money guys. You won't get anything for it

These pigs are so unfair, incompetent, and greedy.

I ordered a hoodie with 3XL size, about a month ago. They took more than 3 weeks to get it to me, urged me to create an account with some chinese shit shipping business to track the package, and after I got the product, turns out the size is WRONG. I got a SM size, and my 6'3 body could not fit the f**king hoodie that was meant to be baggy and comfortable.

When I tried to ask for a refund, they wanted ME to pay for shipping for THEIR poor performance and negligence, or get 35% of product value. Why do I need to get f**kedover because of Kistania's shitty service? I have already opened a case to get my money since they are not willing to accept their mistake and fix it.

I recently ordered from Kistania and I’m absolutely impressed. The products are amazing – I got a gothic dress and a leather blazer-style jacket with a satanic bag, and everything was stunning. The quality is excellent, and the delivery arrived exactly within the promised time. Highly recommend this brand for anyone who loves unique and dark fashion. 🖤🖤

My rating and review are for the company, not the dress. I never go the dress I paid for. I wanted this dress so badly but, even after the delivery company Kistania.com contracted acknowledged they lost my package, Kistania declined to send a replacement dress. Three months later I have been left to file complaints with the FTC, PayPal, and BBB in hope of getting resolution. It should not be this hard to get help from a vendor.

*Reminder to Kistsnia- The shipping company verified that I did not sign. The package was misdelivered. I sent the email and confirmation from UniUni acknowledging the error. Forgot about it. I sent copies of everything to the FTC, BBB, and PayPal. PayPal refunded my money. Thanks for nothing, Kistsnia-.

Well after seeing this product this Hip Hop Street Style Turtle neck Embroidered Solid Hoodie i was happy as wanted one of these but could never find my size i went for a 5xl as there size chart says chest 9.6inch/146cm shoulders 28.7inch/73cm my size is chest is 50inch/127.5cm shoulders 25inch/64cm so under what they have put down should have fit me fine.

But this is bad part the size chart they are using i think is Asian size i did not see anywhere saying what country size there using. I got it today it only just got it on me the hood itself was small I basically wasted my money even after checking the sizing before buying.

Also the fact it had no tags except this small one with 6 dots on no size tag or washing tag also had threads sticking out leads me to believe its a knockoff version as real one would have all tags on i would advise especially when they dont show proper sizing dont buy from them i ended up selling to my sister for £10 as fit her fine.

SCAM!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!! They advertise that their sizes are inclusive for American BBW's but they aren't even close to being accurate sizes! I am a size 4x (26) and I bought a 6x (26-28) corset and dress. They wouldn't have even fit an XL woman!! The quality of the outfit was also extremely cheap and wouldn't have lasted one evening. When I contacted them they ignored me for DAYS just to try and make the 7 day return expire. I opened a case in PayPal and then they had to reply and give me more information to return the items and get a refund. I paid $101 PLUS $45 to ship the items back and they only offered me a $35 refund... I took it so I got a least something but PayPal wasn't very helpful either. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!

I would set 0 stars but the website doesnt allow me to.We asked for 2 hoodies, we took the measurements as said in the website, and we choose the L. When they arrived we saw that the sleeves werent the measurements that was said, but A LOT more shorter, it said in the website 54,5cm and we measured them and they were 46cm. So of course didnt fit at all. The body was ok, but the sleeves TOTALLY wrong. I use an S-M in my country, so i am not a big guy, and even following the instructions of measuring, the package came WRONG, and they didnt want to make up for their mistakes, but make us PAY (that is over 30€) de shipment to them for an "exchange" when it was their fault, without reasuring that they will refund the shipment cost due to their "politics". So beware, this company takes 0 responsability for their errors, you will have to pay even if is their fault. So better choose other company.

bought what they claim is a lambswool coat. which it certainly is not. quality is rubbish had a hole in the pocket. feels more like felt than lambswool. want my money back. cannot contact the company as the submit button on their website does not work

It's complete rubbish. The photos they put on the website do not correspond to what arrives at your home. The item poorly sewn, with bad quality fabric and the wrong size. This situation is very sad, because the only solution Kistania gives you is to refund your money if you send the product back to China paying the cost with a tracking number included, which is very expensive.

They sold me a completely fake product in a small size which I ordered large. Wasn’t what was in the picture at all, they rip them off Chinese websites and Ali express images. Fake service, I’m putting through a refund request but I don’t even know if they’ll put it through

Selling cheap rip-offs of stolen designs, bought a pair of plattformboots that look like TRASH compared to the pictures. No quality, not the correct size.

Ordered item in June, Emailed to chase a few days ago. Suddenly a day later received an email stating has been shipped. Almost 3 months since order placed and still to receive item ordered.

Absolutely shocking behaviour. Ordered 2 dresses over 3 months ago, they sent me 1 made me wait over 2 months for the other, just to find out it’s a completely different dress to the one I ordered. Do not order from this site

Wow. They send me an item that's nothing like image on their Website. Now they are telling me I have to pay postage to return when you know you have scammed me. Absolute disgrace. They know what they are doing and still trying to make money from it by telling customers to pay the postage. This should be reported to the police.

You can tell the fake comments about brilliant experience. The website needs to shut down. I won't stop until I get my full refund including postage and packaging

The dress came in the wrong size, I returned it to get the correct one but had to pay an additional £25 to get it shipped back to China. The replacement was made of cheap fabric and had stains on the sleeves and also didn’t fit. It was their smallest size and I’m a UK size 8/10 (M). They only refunded me the cost of the dress minus any shipping. I’m appalled and will never order from here again.
