Horrible company to deal with I haven’t received the shirt I ordered they asked me to send more money to their PayPal account then they told me it was sent to the wrong account when it was literally the exact account they told me to.

Purchased a shirt from this Company. After numerous e-mail messages from them concerning delivery the shirt eventually arrived screwed up in a plastic bag!
The shirt was heavily creased - not surprising considering the small plastic bag it came in. I responded to them complaining about the creases. They recommended washing in hot water. This I did and there was no improvement. They then said I should iron the shirt to remove the creases.Seeing as the shirt was a "silk like " fabric they was attempted under a wet cloth . The creases did not remove. I then asked for a full refund and return the shirt. They refused a return- even though their web site states clearly refunds are accepted. They then offered a paltry sum as recompense after pushing them hard for a full refund.
DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY - ABSOLUTE FRAUDS!
I have reported tis Company to the Trading Standards Authority

Ordered some shirts on Facebook. Advertised as linen/cotton. Took ages to arrive with dodgy tracking information. Very poor quality polyester. Total rip off. Awaiting refund otherwise will progress with Trading Standards in UK

scam, scam, scam, don"t buy anything made in China, size not true to size, material sub-par. No receipt in gray flimsy plastic bag, and don't know where to send it back, customer service a joke

Complete SCAM! Do not buy from them. Extremely poor quality. Shirts not true to size. Can not believe Facebook let's them advertise on their site. I will keep posting on every site available to warn people about this scam until I get my money back.

Do not buy anything from these people.
I ordered something 3 months ago and it hasn't arrived.
Tracking is fake.
Customer support, full of apologies but no action.
Have emailed multiple times and nothing.

dont use this bunch of gangsters you might get something similar to what you ordered but if clothes the sizing is ridiculous.I did recieve two XL T shirts but they would fit a small child I have emailed for return instructions {13}times and all they say is the items are the size you ordered and they arent faulty the last email offered me £3 compensation

Terrible customer service, asked a simple question and they did not help at all!

They promise delivery within 5-7 days. That is a scam. They don't manage that not even close.

Haven't received the product yet so can't review that yet.

Recently ordered a sun catcher window panel pink floyds dark side of the moon stain glass with prism. Received a cheesey piece of plastic with a vinyl over lay. Had a broken chain to hang it. Was supposed to be shipped in U.S. and in 7days . Shipped from Sweden. Took 3 weeks to get through customs. To add insult to injury paid 12 dollars for VIP shipping thinking it was glass as portrayed in ads photo. Arrived in as shredded bubble wrap stuffed in mail box. This is the worst representation of a fake bait and switch I have ever been involved with. Don’t trust their tracking system. They were tracking it across Sweden but mailing label return address on bubble wrap Torrance California.

Bought 2 shirts for a holiday next week
That was TEN DAYS AGO,…….the shirts are still in USA !!!

What a joke…tracking system does not work and tells you noth8ng of when it will arrive
Customer services useless……cannot give me any other information and I cannot cancel ?!!!!!!

I got 4 bracelets from this place paid £74 cheap rubbish be aware they were for me and my 3 sisters one whom has just passed heartbroken 💔 at receiving them as they were for sentimental reasons please investigate these nasty con people
