Placed an order on 3/2/26. Got the confirmation email and realized I ordered something in the wrong color. I sent an email to see if the order could be changed right away. No response. I have emailed them three times in total with no response. It is now 3/14/26 and no communication whatsoever. I’m highly agitated that I’m out like $90 for three things.
Since I can’t give a ZERO I had to give a 1 star.
Stay away! I purchased a pajama set as a gift. It was much smaller for its size that should have been for a large.
When I tried to return the clothing I was offered an exchange or a $13 refund for a $49 purchase.
When I decided to exchange I was then told they were sold out and couldn’t exchange.
I requested that I be able to exchange for a different item of equal value. I was told no. It had to be the same item (that they don’t have in stock. Also, had to be done with in 30 days)
Truly no real refund is a possibility with this company.

Buyer beware they will not refund. I bought a nighty for my daughters wedding night and the qauility was not good, uncomfortable, seams coming undone and she couldnt wear it. I reached out and they were offering a very small % for a refund. BUY IN THE USA you can not trust them. I fought for 3 days for a 50% refund.

I placed an order February 8th I have tried WhatsApp, email, going on their website and chatting on their website. I’ve even went on their Instagram. I have not received any answers. How do I file a claim? I am so upset right now.
I'm not sure what to think of this store. I probably won't buy from them again since it seems like a 50/50 shot. From my personal experience this is how it went:
Bought three different items. Instantly thought it was a scam since there was no shipment day or solid tracking system. However 8 days later a email stating "Your order is on the way!" (still no time frame included) was created and sent via email for two of the three items. The cite itself states that shipment should take between 7-15 days (at least for the US). I got the two items 14 days after the update on the order. The quality of the two I received was actually better than expected and fitted nicely.
The third item... I still haven't even gotten a shipment date for and its been 23 days since purchased. (The cite says it should at most take 7 days to process a date, so definitely overdue). I'll probably have to dispute this item as I have already sent two different emails asking for cancelation and a refund. No reply.
So in conclusion: There's a pretty solid chance you won't get your items if not a month+ later. So I personally wouldn't recommend to chance it.
I placed a order Jan 4th!! I still have not received my order I've tried numerous times to contact someone...I have not gotten a response!! The money was taken out of my account immediately...this is a scam..im definitely going to report them not that it will do any good!! Sorry MF!! Hope they rot in hell for scamming people!!!
I got one of the items I ordered. I've emailed them three times trying to get info on my other two items and have gotten no response back. They've charge my card for all three items.
I placed an order mid February. They have responded via email twice with an order number, however refused to give any tracking information. It is clearly a scam, I have filed a fraud alert with my bank in hopes to get my money back
