We can see in the system that the flight was indeed cancelled by the airline. Unfortunately, due to the urgent departure time, we did not have the technical possibility to reissue or reschedule the ticket on our side. We informed you about this situation at that time.

Although the service worked

Although the service worked, the price was very over what other companies offer (and I just realized it later, my fault) and every additional service like luggage and seats choosing was also overpriced.

Ticket was invalid when boarding.

Ticket was invalid at the time my boarding pass was scanned at the gate.

Since you don’t have a valid ticket, passenger rights do not apply.

Air line points at agency, agency points at air line. You’re left pants down at the airport gate. This is not the spirit of the law.

I sincerely do not recommend this travel agency.

EDIT: so if I don’t provide booking reference here within two days, the review will be removed. Just fyi, to the people reading the reviews.

Obviously I have contacted support etc but nothing is happening. I will just hand this to the credit card dispute department and get my lawyer to claim compensation for the replacement flight. The lack of support is appalling.

Edit 07-April: You still owe me compensation for damages resulting from non-performance of the transport contract, for the replacement ticket I had to buy at the gate.

Edit 14-April: I just received confirmation from Air Canada that the ticket was refunded already one day BEFORE the flight was happening. So 100% possible to inform the customer before the flight.

Also, I still have not received compensation for my replacement ticket.

they don't return the money

I bought a ticket from Sharm El-Sheikh to Chisinau through Kissandfly.

Before issuing the ticket, the company sent me rules saying that passengers who arrived to Sharm El-Sheikh by a regular flight cannot return by charter flight. I informed them immediately that I arrived by a regular flight and therefore I would not be allowed on a charter flight.

Despite this, they still issued the ticket anyway.

Right after that I contacted them again and cancelled the ticket. Their support confirmed the cancellation and told me that my money would be refunded within a few days.

However, no refund was made.

Later their chat support told me that they would send me a refund receipt within 10 days so I could contact my bank. Ten days have already passed and they have not sent anything. No refund and no document.

This looks like a delay tactic and very dishonest behavior.

If the refund is not processed immediately, I will be forced to contact my bank for a chargeback and file complaints with consumer protection authorities.

I strongly advise people to be careful with this company.

The worst ticket purchase experience ever

The worst ticket purchase experience that I have ever had. don't use this website even if they are handing out free tickets.

It's been 48 hours since I purchased my ticket and I still have not received it. The flight is tomorrow and I still don't know if I can board the plane or not. Their customer service replies with nonsense general responses that in no way is helpful.

If you care about your money, time and mental health, go and use another website. A bit cheaper prices does not worth this experience.

they canceled my ticket one day before the flight, because there are no seats anymore. now there are no other flights to my destination on my intended date or even the day after that. completely ruined my plans.

Hands down the worst purchase experience for anything I have ever bought.

As a result, we were unable to issue the original tickets. We understand that this was a very unpleasant outcome for you, and we sincerely regret the inconvenience this caused.

At the same time, we would like to clarify that we did try to find a solution for your trip. Our team searched for the closest and best available alternative flight option for you. However, as we understand, the proposed alternative did not suit your travel plans, and since the alternative option was declined, we were obliged to cancel the booking.

Regarding the payment, we would also like to clarify that the funds were not charged by us. The amount was only temporarily blocked on your bank card to verify payment ability at the time of booking. Our intention was not to suggest an option that would disrupt your plans, but to try to provide the closest available solution once it became clear that the original booking could not be confirmed. Wrong Flight times

I booked a morning flight for 6 of my familymembers but the ticket came showing an afternoon flight.I ended up paying 50 percent of the amout to get it corrected with the airline.

Skeptical at First, But It Turned Out Great

At first, I couldn’t believe the price I was seeing. After reading some negative reviews, I was a bit skeptical but still hopeful. In the end, I’m glad I decided to take the chance because I was able to purchase the tickets for about 78% less than if I had booked them directly with the airline.

I did have some trouble with the online check-in, but once I was connected to a live operator, Mariia Ivasiuk, she was incredibly helpful. She carefully reviewed and confirmed the booking information, then checked the situation I was experiencing. By sharing screenshots of the steps she took, she helped me identify why I couldn’t complete the check-in.

After making the necessary adjustment, I was able to retrieve my wife’s boarding pass. She will be catching her flight tomorrow, so we will be reunited soon.

I have already put in an order for the return flights with Kissandfly.

Low price and great support

Nervous because of negative reviews online, but decided to go for it as they were the only one being half the price of the company.
After buying though the agency, I didn't received the ticket after 7 hours (and the flight was in 2 days) so I contacted the support, they told me it they were in contact with the airline to get the ticket at the said low price. I received it a few hours later. But when I tried to check-in, the company website showed an error. I messaged the support of kiss and fly and received immediate help from Andriiana López who showed me that she could indeed access the booking info. I figured I was using a wrong link from the company, so she was really helpful. Please give her a raise 😂
Great support, service seems to have improved since older negative reviews.

Scam

I booked my flight though kissandfly before reading the reviews. I called the airline and they told me kissandfly booked my flight using someone else's airline miles and my tickets were invalid. Highly recommend avoiding this scam site.
