Although the service worked, the price was very over what other companies offer (and I just realized it later, my fault) and every additional service like luggage and seats choosing was also overpriced.

Since you don’t have a valid ticket, passenger rights do not apply.
Air line points at agency, agency points at air line. You’re left pants down at the airport gate. This is not the spirit of the law.

Obviously I have contacted support etc but nothing is happening. I will just hand this to the credit card dispute department and get my lawyer to claim compensation for the replacement flight. The lack of support is appalling.
Edit 07-April: You still owe me compensation for damages resulting from non-performance of the transport contract, for the replacement ticket I had to buy at the gate.
Edit 14-April: I just received confirmation from Air Canada that the ticket was refunded already one day BEFORE the flight was happening. So 100% possible to inform the customer before the flight.
Also, I still have not received compensation for my replacement ticket.

I bought a ticket from Sharm El-Sheikh to Chisinau through Kissandfly.
Before issuing the ticket, the company sent me rules saying that passengers who arrived to Sharm El-Sheikh by a regular flight cannot return by charter flight. I informed them immediately that I arrived by a regular flight and therefore I would not be allowed on a charter flight.
Despite this, they still issued the ticket anyway.
Right after that I contacted them again and cancelled the ticket. Their support confirmed the cancellation and told me that my money would be refunded within a few days.
However, no refund was made.
Later their chat support told me that they would send me a refund receipt within 10 days so I could contact my bank. Ten days have already passed and they have not sent anything. No refund and no document.
This looks like a delay tactic and very dishonest behavior.
If the refund is not processed immediately, I will be forced to contact my bank for a chargeback and file complaints with consumer protection authorities.
I strongly advise people to be careful with this company.

The worst ticket purchase experience that I have ever had. don't use this website even if they are handing out free tickets.
It's been 48 hours since I purchased my ticket and I still have not received it. The flight is tomorrow and I still don't know if I can board the plane or not. Their customer service replies with nonsense general responses that in no way is helpful.
If you care about your money, time and mental health, go and use another website. A bit cheaper prices does not worth this experience.
update:
they canceled my ticket one day before the flight, because there are no seats anymore. now there are no other flights to my destination on my intended date or even the day after that. completely ruined my plans.
Hands down the worst purchase experience for anything I have ever bought.

At first, I couldn’t believe the price I was seeing. After reading some negative reviews, I was a bit skeptical but still hopeful. In the end, I’m glad I decided to take the chance because I was able to purchase the tickets for about 78% less than if I had booked them directly with the airline.
I did have some trouble with the online check-in, but once I was connected to a live operator, Mariia Ivasiuk, she was incredibly helpful. She carefully reviewed and confirmed the booking information, then checked the situation I was experiencing. By sharing screenshots of the steps she took, she helped me identify why I couldn’t complete the check-in.
After making the necessary adjustment, I was able to retrieve my wife’s boarding pass. She will be catching her flight tomorrow, so we will be reunited soon.
I have already put in an order for the return flights with Kissandfly.

Nervous because of negative reviews online, but decided to go for it as they were the only one being half the price of the company.
After buying though the agency, I didn't received the ticket after 7 hours (and the flight was in 2 days) so I contacted the support, they told me it they were in contact with the airline to get the ticket at the said low price. I received it a few hours later. But when I tried to check-in, the company website showed an error. I messaged the support of kiss and fly and received immediate help from Andriiana López who showed me that she could indeed access the booking info. I figured I was using a wrong link from the company, so she was really helpful. Please give her a raise 😂

I booked my flight though kissandfly before reading the reviews. I called the airline and they told me kissandfly booked my flight using someone else's airline miles and my tickets were invalid. Highly recommend avoiding this scam site.
