Subscription refund

Carla handled my subscription issue very professionally.
My subscription was renewed automatically but I did not wish to continue.
I was promised I will receive a refund in 14 days.

Thanks for Maria, she handled my subscriptions issue and offered to get a refund. It's unfortunate that I won't be using the up but the support they are providing is legit. We'll see once I got my refund withn 14 days and not be charged later on.

I'll update my comments after that!

It can improve buy not choosing a full premium without the customer's concern, and also give the customer an option of a full refund 24 hours after the transaction has been done
