This company does not care about you AT ALL. After only 10 days late, they delete your whole plan, give you no access to backups, and then take HOURS to restore service. The billing team is IMPOSSIBLE to reach. You have to send an email and then wait a day or more to hear a response.

You know, I am the Founder and CEO of a couple tech startups, and I've hosted many company sites through various WordPress hosting sites for years. I finally landed on Kinsta a few years back and will NEVER switch. Ever.

Kinsta is always available when I screw up, has a better availability than my own platform and always know how to help and get things fixed in no-time.
Their selfservice tools are top notch and exactly what you need to do 99% of the things yourself.
Their support engineers are skilled and friendly and know how to cater the absolute beginner (my team members) and people with more experience (== what my team members say about me).
