The process of going through the…

The process of going through the application was faultless, but the admin after was terrible. Nobody seems to read emails or update anything . I had received many phone calls and emails about the same thing.

Very helpful

I tried unsuccessfully to qualify for Attendence Allowance despite having several eye diseases that limit me.
With Kinlys help I've now been awarded at the lower rate.
I am so grateful to Kinly I can now afford some home help and a dog walker¡

following my stroke

following my stroke, the application for AA on a government form was tortuous - Kinly completed the form, accessed my doctor remotely and successfully processed my daily AA in 4 weeks without any 'nagging' or need to talk to the DWP.

The Kinly team were second to none they were patient and sympathetic and very patient and professional i cannot recommend them enough I’ve put two of my friends in touch with them just an unbelievable service my life will be much easier now all through this team at Kinly
