Avoid as only interested in making sales not suitability!

A family member has just bought a scooter from KMS. Totally unsuitable for him as a step into the property, tight door frame and difficult to store in hallway. KMS readily delivered it and were not interested in the other issues despite the obvious challenges!

Three weeks after purchase we learned of the purchase and contacted KMS. KMS totally disinterested as outside the 14day cancellation period and access issues not their responsibility. Shabby service.

Now selling it through small ads with a significant financial loss. I would not recommend a company who are simply interested in a sale and bottom line, as opposed to providing a service and support to vulnerable customers.
