Horrible awful scam don’t use their services

I was approved for $500 on Friday, 2/20 and told it would be deposited in 24 hours. According to documents I signed it said Monday, 2/23. On Monday no deposit or loan was in my account. I have called every day that week and they have told me they are checking into, customer service have been nice but I still have not received the loan or any answers. But online, it sure has my 1st re-payment scheduled. I am so disappointed. I had bills that were planned to be paid with that money.

I applied for a loan and was approved, I signed the documents but I never received any money deposited into my account, after not receiving a deposit I told them to cancel, I thought everything was ok until I received an email stating that an upcoming payment was due, I called and told them I hadn't received any money that it was cancelled, now I'm being told that I have to download a form and sign it and fax it back because their system doesn't know that the deposit wasn't made, I'll just go to my bank and stop payments on it, I was reading other reviews and was saying that I have dealt with King of Kash before and haven't had any trouble with them until now, King of Kash you are not getting my money to repay something I never received.

IT'S A LENDING MATCH SERVICE WHICH IS NOT WHAT ANYONE NEEDS BECAUSE THOSE ARE FAKE

Told a different amount I was approved for then changed it then kept changing the funding date no answer when you call so I cancelled loan

It was really very disappointing
It took almost 2 weeks to get my funds
Every time I would call No one knew anything I'm not sure I would do business with King of Kash ever again

It was fast and reliable

I was approved for a ioan, the loan was then originated,sign all loan agreements,and never received any funds to my account. I called customer service multiple times and no one resolved my issue.

So was approved and was told money will be there dec 19th never received than was told deposit the 22nd nothing I sent the proof not received they took money out my acct for a payment which I have never seen or received I have been calling emailing no response

I filled out for a loan but never received the funds. It still says I owe 1000 even though I never received the funds

March 15, 2026 Update- It's been 10 months now, never received funds and they still haven't closed my account. What they show as my balance continues to increase, still get emails saying I need to make a payment, still no help from customer sercive. Any good reviews have to be fake. This company should no be able to operate. I was approved for a loan in May 2025, that's 8 months ago. It never funded and they won't close it. They tried taking money out of my account. To this day I'm getting emails saying my account is delinquent, asking if I have morals, and saying I'm getting sent to collections. Customer service says all they can do is send a email asking another department to close the account but 8 months later and nothing happens. Do not apply for a loan here.

Very easy to understand and fill out, helped me and my family when we needed that extra financial support and help we all need sometimes, recommend to all.

Never received my deposit

Do not do business with king of Kash in Texas. They would say this is my fault but it's not there loan agreement and there customer service is deceiving about the cab fee 3/4 of your loan goes to the CAB company upfront ex. Loan of $100 nets $31 deposited to you. And you are responsible to pay back. Customer service just kept blaming it on me. They were rude !!!!!!!!

I was approved and never received the deposit. But look online portal and loan is accruing interest. How can you charge interest on a loan that was never given. No in customer service can give me answer, but they sure were able to give me attitude.
