My experience was great beacuse the company communicated clearly, professional and the process easy to understand. I felt value as a customer and any questions I had were addressed. The company is doing well by providing excellent customer service, being responsive , and creating a positive overall experience. I appreciate their attention to detail and commitment.

I love King of Christmas' products! The needles on their faux Christmas trees look and feel quite realistic, and the dropping from the flocked tree I have (a 7' Rushmore Flocked) was minimal. I also own a flocked wreath which I have used on my front door for the past seven years. It still lights, and as long as the batteries are removed after each season, there should be no issues. Enjoy any piece you buy!

I have multiple King of Christmas products and I think they are all high quality, well made and beautiful. I look forward to pulling them out each year. My first tree is still a favorite but I appreciate the improvements that KOC has continued to make in how the trees got together, light up and the ease of remotes with timers.

Initially, when looking on KOC website I did not care for the Cypress Spruce based on their pics, but I stumbled upon several videos of it while looking at other KOC trees on YouTube and loved it. I am picky about lights so I wanted unlit. I ordered the Cypress spruce as a final sale right after this past Christmas I am beyond impressed with this tree. It is BEAUTIFUL! Very realistic looking and nice and full which is exactly what I was looking for. I am SO HAPPY with this tree! I set it up as soon as I received it just to make sure everything was good. Now I can't wait for Christmas 2026 to put it up and decorate.

I’ve purchased three flocked trees from KOC and they are amazing! So much less messy than others I’ve had with great shape, easy to put together and great lights. The last one was on sale with an additional coupon that didn’t get applied but they promptly refunded me the difference when I brought it to their attention.

Received new tree and the “C” section did not work. Sent email and trouble shot all options. They sent out a new tree the next day!! Great customer service.

Even though I was technically outside my original warranty (only by a couple weeks), they sent me a replacement part to fix an issue with my lights. Awesome customer service!
