We will read the Fabric Care Kit user instructions online and do our very best to remove the oil stain.

We will provide a further update in due course.

A 7k lounge sofa delivered faulty. Oily stains across one of the seats is an utter no no in my book.

It should never have left the shop in this state and it’s an utter embarrassment when we have friends over.

We left a 10 year old sofa behind gratis at our last property that was in better condition and with no marks.

As usual, we get a smooth customer services person phone us up with promises of a ‘ Cleaning kit’ for us to remove the mark ourselves. Of course, after 11 days, no sign of the kit. As usual, all waffle and no delivery on the promise. I don’t expect this from a a so called reputable retailer and will certainly never shop with them again.

Very good overall experience. Reese and Steve were very nice and professional. They worked quickly and the furniture looks great. They were also very helpful in moving the furniture where I wanted it placed. Thank you!

Zach is incredibly knowledgeable about all the sofa products of King Living, but more importantly he explained simply & clearly (as his other 2 colleagues did not) how the complicated pricing of sofas & their elements in ''packages'' works - this is the main disadvantage of the company to me as a customer. He is also adept at compiling graphic images of the combined elements (with dimensions) to show how the chosen sofa(s) will look in situ. He was incredibly patient, working through so many different options and combinations, for which I am incredibly grateful.Thank you Zach!

Product quality is high, we purchased a walnut coffee table, and the quality stands out. All visitors comment on the table, modern and sleek but in walnut still has a warmth. Customer service is excellent, helpful and knowledgeable.

Excellent Quality Products Backed by Outstanding Customer Service

I recently purchased furniture from the Jasper 3 range and have been very pleased with the quality, comfort, and design. There were a few issues that needed to be addressed after delivery, which was initially disappointing given the premium nature of the product.

However, I was extremely impressed with how King Living handled the situation. Their team responded promptly, communicated clearly throughout the process, and worked to resolve the issues in a professional, courteous, and customer-focused manner.

The level of support I received was excellent and demonstrated a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction. While challenges can sometimes arise, it's how a company responds that truly matters, and King Living exceeded my expectations.

I had an amazing experience with King Living! I didn't knew the store and randomly walked into their London showroom on a Sunday afternoon when all the others around were already closed. The relaxing atmosphere in the store, the incredible design and the amazing customer service by Takreem made the experience so much better! I ended up getting the Oscar sofa bed as well as two ottomans during their sale and I'm incredible happy with all items. The sofa bed not only looks great, is comfortable to seat in and the bed is very easy to pull in and out and comes with its own mattress making it actually good to sleep in - for a sofa bed having all these is rare! I also recommend doing the King Guard protection. Delivery takes a while (3 months) as the items come from Australia but it's worth the wait and the delivery service is good. Couldn't recommend their products more!

I wrote a previous complaint on here about my sofa and King Living contacted me and offered to help. The sofa is now fixed and King went above and beyond to help resolve the matter.

Great service at the Kingston store—they were so patient in helping us choose the right options. Delivery was fast and seamless, and the drivers went above and beyond to make sure our setup was perfect. The Jasper sofa is fantastic!
