VIP means nothing either, so many better provider who reply to msg and email, VIP player spending 5k a week and they don't reply to email for 3-4 days minimum followed by another 3-4 days from a follow up email.!

Incredibly slow service , not to mention supposedly VIP service .

Not only issues with their rigged machines ,but if you do win, guess what..! After less than 6 months of playing they find the need to make you verify again after already verifying and being paid previously...
Not called for , they happily keep you depositing but when it's come to withdrawl , they keep it at ransom to new verification at their discretion.
Yes you might get paid. but we as gamblers know having winnings sit in a casino balance is hard and adding an extra 5+ days to new verification it's a disaster waiting to happen.

KYC was kind of a nuisance, but once that was finally handled, everything has been good.

Game selection is good, withdrawals via etransfer are fast and have been completed within 1-4 hours. Responsible gambling tools are easy to use as well. It seems I'm only able to deposit using etransfer, which is ok but my bank charges me for each transaction. It would be nice to have more options, but it's not a huge problem.

First of all i want to declare that this is not a - i lost = bad review. I am up 860£ on KingBilly.
What makes them trustworthy is also what makes them sketchy. They truly care about your safety, and making sure that they follow laws and regulation. This is great!
What i am reffering to is verifying your documents, which is a green flag when offshore casino's do this. Sadly this is also where the problems stands. You need to verify your credit card and adress every 3 months! they are basicly taking strict regulation, and making them even more strict just for fun. Sadly they do not do this before you deposit, but only when you have to withdraw money. They want to make deposits very easy for you, but withdrawing a battle. before i was able to use tax returns. Now i have to give out my rent contract, with no other option which they had plenty of just a year ago.
Good news tho, when you're verified withdraws comes within minutes.
Stop accepting players money before they are verified. then make deposits possible, after verification, and players feel like they are treated with respect and honestly.
About the site iself: Great loyalty program, with great promos. not many known providers tho, and many slots look kinda outdated.

I joined yesterday and deposited $20 they gave me 50 free spins i proceeded to go through the spins and won $5 off of them to find out this was considered "bonus funds" and was not withdrawable. I went on to playing it away and getting to my original $20 i had deposited i played on a machine called book of the dead and got free games that paid roughly $85. upon trying to cashout a total of $80 the withdrawal was rejected with no reason given. I then contacted customer support and was told i have to upload 3 invididual documents after doing so and being rejected about 3 times stating i need a form of id but my drivers license doesnt count ( which is the only form of id i have / can get where i live). Also while playing yesterday i experienced several technical issues such as text being changed in german language and my account balance changing at random.
Update* they finally paid me after more frusterating conversations with customer support.
I have tried to deposit with my credit card but it was not accepted i contacted customer support and they were no help at all.
*Update* Ever since my review i have been putting the odd deposit in and can say it seems impossible to win i have deposited $440 without a single win over the last 4 months.

*edit* i have just deposited $20 and won $1,100 on book of dead and then played more and i am up a bit more scepticle but evetnually i did win just dont count on it.
