Hello, my name in discord is Krypt and I have been using hosting services for 5 years. I started using pebble then moved on using folium hosting and now I am here with kinetic. I chose kinetic because of how affordable they are. The specs they give you with the ddos protection they provide you are more than solid, they reach the potential and the specs of very expensive hosts like prism nodes. In my opinion this hosting beats many expensive ones in terms of performance and ddos protection. The reason for my 4 star review is because the panel is buggy on mobile devices missing some features which you might need. If that gets fixed it’s honestly a 5 star hosting experience, also I didn’t exactly wanted to go for 4 stars it’s more like 4.5 stars.

Kinetic Hosting is an amazing game server/(soon to be) VPS/Web hosting site. Their prices are insanely cheap and gives so much CPU and RAM for a cheap price. If you aren't rich, just looking to get a simple good cheap server host, Kinetic Hosting is for you!

Very helpful, patient when presented with dumb/simple questions. Feels like you're interacting with a human and not someone reading a script.

I would really recommend Kinetic Hosting the price, quality and staff are all perfect! I've ran into barely any issues with the server I purchased and any issues I have had have been solved quickly by the wonderful staff team they have!

Fantastic customer service and very helping guides on how to navigate and operate their services. Was using indifferentbroccoli for a long while for Ark server hosting however they don't compare to Kinetic. I have both an Ark and highly modded Minecraft server which both run flawlessly with mods and multiple players. Raad (the person who helped me) was very friendly and quick/efficient. Very knowledgeable towards my requests and did all they could to help.

I have received such high quality, swift, and meaningful support several times from the amazing individuals I have interacted with in my tickets. The one ticket support and assistance I recieved that truly cemented in Kinetic Hosting as my forever choice for my game hosting is the amazing individual, Cody Dupre, my ticket was addressed so swiftly and concisely I truly felt like I was getting white glove treatment lol. Great service took my less than five minutes to get my server to work. And the panel is very helpful as well.

Tech support Nathan has been very helpful, was very patient and supporting, the problem i've experienced was a long and difficult one, more than a hour and a half trying to work until it was solved by him, explained everything thoroughly and very detailed, 5/5 experience

I was lowkey skeptical at first but after purchasing the server i was really happy i modded it quite heavily (+450 mods) and it wasnt lagging for any of my friends
I recommend it and would use again

I had an issue immediately, that was an oh-oh, but then support helped me asap and did it perfectly

I accidently lost the progress of my instance as i was creating a new instance but the support helped me out and brought it back. The support responded fast and was very helpfull and kind. i was about to cry but now im glad that there was o much help and ive got back my progress! Im so happy!!!!
