Purchased Premium floor mats for my Renault Captur. Outer clip on drivers mat which secures the mat to the floor came apart after a few weeks. After sending several emails to the email address on the email, replying to the email & sending a contact form via the website I heard nothing so I called the phone number on the web page. The gentleman I spoke to emailed me direct asking for photographic evidence which I supplied however the response I got back advised I was required to send the mat back & only if they deemed the clip to be faulty due to a manufacturing error, would the postage be refunded & the mat be replaced! I was disgusted at this response after only having the car & mats for a few weeks! I will definitely not be purchasing from these again with customer attitude like this or recommending them so beware if you have any problems with your purchase!

I received excellent customer service to my home breakdown with a same day recovery with the car mended along with some additional work that was due in a couple of days. I was kept well informed of what was happening which kept me at ease. This is not the nearest Renault dealership from where i live but it is the best. Many Thanks.

You have to ask for everything such as has it been serviced? Does it come with AA or RAC .It is like draw water from a well. Do not really show any interest in you as a customer. The staff appear lazy ,can`t be bothered . Very poor documentation . No vehicle check list or inspection report. No proper guarantee from Renault etc..
