I am a Plastic and reconstructive surgeon and when I see Ellen‘s ads and the actress talking about skin tightening I get nauseated. This is not science. It’s a scam. Where is the science behind these... See more

Negative 10 should be an option for…
Negative 10 should be an option for review. Highly misleading, hidden charges, totally ineffective untruthful and conniving customer service. Impossible to reach, countless HOURS spent on the phone. Nothing but pure frustration and aggravation. Started disputing this company in December 2025
I ordered the trial package and was put…
I ordered the trial package and was put on a subscription. Then when I tried to cancel the rep was very pushy and just kept on and on, trying to keep me from cancelling. I insisted on cancelling and the very next month I was charged again and did not receive any product (that I did not want anyway). So basically they are now just stealing from my bank account. I am very, very disappointed.
A MONEY GRABBING SCAM
A MONEY GRABBING SCAM! Reoccurring payments and double payments and when I called to cancel they said I would be charged for the package already shipped. I asked how much that charge would be and they said 215.00! It is a 3 month supply package! I asked what is this 107.95 you’re talking out of my account today? That is for the package that was just shipped out. So, $322.95 for a three month supply package!!!! SCREW YOU ELLEN!
Fraud
They are extremely misleading with subscription terms. They advertise a 90 day subscription which is actually a 90 day supply which they charge you over $100 for every single month! This is not what they advertise. Then goooood luck trying to cancel or get a refund. They will throw you through so many loops - and don't bother with the online live chat. They take 10+ minutes to reply to every single message you send and they never come to or offer a resolution, so they keep in the chat for over an hour or more for nothing. The phone line is not much better, with them trying to rationalize their tactics before coming to a resolution. Then I was still charged after my subscription was "canceled".
Never informed me that I was agreeing…
Never informed me that I was agreeing to a SUBSCRIPTION! I just got charged for something I don't want! I bought it as a Christmas gift for someone. I use a different product line.
The money came out of my account TODAY! When I called them they said it already shipped, and I would have to return it.
So DISHONEST!!!
Horrible customer service after trying…
Horrible customer service after trying to cancel my hidden subscription.
I ordered the trial pack as advertised…
I ordered the trial pack as advertised and found that
the product was very disappointing. Nothing exceptional here. What really upset me was I was roped into a monthly charge for additional products and did not request this. I spent some time on the phone trying to keep them from charging me for more products. I have had to make several calls to get out of the SCAM program.
I was "duped" into buying the 1st set
I was "duped" into buying the 1st set, then to cancel you have to pay them $91.00 per month for 3 Months and this is not made clear. I also very dissatisfied with the product and service. Don't buy into the $69.00 original set. Don't trust them.
Watch out for the Fine Print.
Watch out for the Fine Print.
They will continue to charge your Credit Card every 3 Months unless you cancel.
I tried to cancel an Order that wasn't shipped yet but they ignored my request and charged me anyway.
Stay away from this racket!!!
Do not trust this company.
Do not trust this company. It is nearly impossible to cancel the subscription you did not even know you signed up for. I had heard good things about the product...being vegan was a big plus. But now I see that they are just out for the money.
BEWARE
BEWARE! I purchased the introductory package without realizing that I was signing up for very expensive recurring shipments. It's very difficult to cancel and their customer service is absolutely awful. I was charged hundreds of dollars before I figured out what was happening. They have a limited time that they will take a return even on an unopened package and they make the returns very difficult. I'll never buy another thing from this company and I hope you don't either.
Warning! This product is a scam
When I purchased the trial kit, I had no idea that I had agreed to a subscription. A few weeks later, I saw a charge for 1/3 of the cost of another box of product (over $90!) on my credit card, then received a shipment of product a few days later. I tried without success to cancel the subscription via chat, so I removed Kind Science from my PayPal account and returned the unopened shipment with a letter canceling them subscription. They tried to bill me again, another payment of over $90, which was rejected by PayPal, then threatened to send me to collections. After a lengthy wait with customer service, they agreed to cancel the subscription. They said they would refund part of the money, but there was no way I was going to give them access to my card again. So I’m out over $170 just to preserve my credit. This marketing is a huge scam, and Ellen should be held accountable.
I actually liked two of the products…
I actually liked two of the products very much and would love to be able to order them independent of the kit without a subscription.
They advertise for a trial price and…
They advertise for a trial price and then they automatically enroll you for a monthly subscription, without you know...which is false advertisement. After calling them twice to cancel they still send me the product and charge me double for the product. I am calling my bank to dispute the charge and never recommend this company.
Beware Beware Beware of automatic…
Beware Beware Beware of automatic charging! I ordered the trial package and it broke out my face. I got charged again for an order that arrived two weeks after the charge and never received a notification of a shipment or order being processed. I called and cancelled the subscription they say I signed up for and received an email confirming the cancellation. today there is another charge pending on my account 😡
The bills just keep coming
I have been charged over $600 for a trial size and 2 shipments of 5 bottles. I received the trial and cancelled immediately, got a shipment and cancelled again. The product is way too expensive -$300 for 5 small bottles- and the shipments and charges are impossible to cancel. My CC company requires disputes using a form and the dates, (since i cancelled before shipments arrive and the charges keep happening) don't make any sense on the form and they won't accept it. Just don't buy the product unless you're real good at fighting.
Worst Customer Service Ever!
The product did not work for me. My reaction was similar to the after effects of a chemical peel. Ok, I can live with that. BUT, Customer Service is simply the WORST! I called and cancelled my account on the 3rd day after the first shipment arrived. (I did not knowingly sign up for repeated shipments.) I cancelled my account BEFORE the 2nd shipment was shipped. CS refused to stop the shipment, refused to give me credit for the second unauthorized shipment, and refused to send a return label for the 2nd shipment. It was ridiculous. When dealing directly, CS is rude and condescending. Who does this in 2026? Really? SO BEWARE!!!
The product didn't meet my skin care needs…
The product didn't meet my skin care needs. I tried to cancel my subscription and got a major runaround. I was told I wasn't using it correctly if I wasn't satisfied. They also charged me to cancel and not receive what they promised.
Terrible/Deceitful
The product is nothing better than any other product purchased over the counter. The most frustrating thing is the billing and hidden cost they do not make clear. I cancelled in October with customer service. They are still sending bills. I called today and they say they sent a 3 month supply that is split into 3 pmts.....
Why not tell me this when I called and cancelled in October and was told I would receive no further charges. I am done. I will send the garbage back and now they owe me money!!! Terrible!!!
Horrible experience with Kind Science’s…
Horrible experience with Kind Science’s customer service. It has been impossible canceled and receive a refund for a subscription I didn’t even realize I signed up for. No subscription email confirmation and no shipment email confirmation with tracking number. I had a very rude agent finally provide tracking for a box I am now responsible for paying the shipping and handling. I will NEVER recommend this company.
