I believe this is a sham company, do not buy from them

I believe this is a sham company, the products are not quality as they claim to be, they ship from China and probably cost pence to make, it took two weeks to arrive and it is complete rubbish, the face roller fell apart on first use. I have asked for a refund and returned the products to the UK address provided and the tracking says the recipient is no longer at the address. I have no refund and have incurred the return postage cost. Do not buy from this company.

Terrible customer service, do not buy

If I could give zero stars here I would as I don't even feel like they even deserve one star. I have been in touch so many times with the support email and most of my emails have just been ignored. I requested a refund and since then have received nothing! Clare Austin was the name on the email that I had received, but since that nothing. The delivery was so delayed and the product is not good. I still want to be refunded so if someone could bother to read my emails and process my refund that would be great!

Over one month delivery time

Placed an order on Dec 8th for christmas presents. Said it was priority fast tracked delivery but absolutely no such thing now 31st of December and still no delivery. All bloggers promoting them and no one shares its over a month shipping time. Do not recommend
