I liked these patches, but they gave me acne due to the high levels of vitamin b they're in them.. I had to do some research to figure it out.But after I stopped these patches for about a week, the acne started going away. Otherwise they're great.

My husband and I tried the focus patches. No difference was noticed with either of us. The patches did adhere and remain on until taken off. I'm sad to say I was disappointed in my purchase.

It helps me focus and get tasks done 👏🏼 I'm so grateful for the patches. I've always had a hard time staying on task. It's refreshing to be able to focus and get a task done from start to finish. Such a blessing 🙌🏼
