Run by loser who bust Earth Broadband - avoid

This company has been set up by the same person who illegally took money from Earth Broadband users before that company folded in August 2025.
Makes lots of fancy promises but doesn't deliver. Avoid!

Although your comments aren’t based on a direct experience with Kind Mobile, we understand there may be some confusion due to shared shareholders with Earth Broadband.

We’ve made the decision to close Kind Mobile, but we wanted to address your concerns openly. Earth Broadband was a reputable company, and in August 2025 the brand and its customers were sold to Home Telecom. During that transition, there were some operational challenges around billing and customer transfers — areas that were largely outside Earth Broadband’s control.

While we recognise that some customers experienced issues, we don’t believe it’s fair to place full responsibility on Earth Broadband. Any customers with unresolved billing concerns should contact their bank directly for a refund. You are protected by the Direct Debit Guarantee and can request a chargeback if needed.

We hope this provides clarity and reassurance, and that Home Telecom continues to support all former Earth Broadband customers going forward.

Luke Matthew Chapman is the CEO of this company. Before you give any company, including this one, your hard earned money you should look him up. Kind Mobile are reporting unrelated reviews (ones that refer directly to another business that Luke sold off) to Trustpilot for removal. However this review is solely about Kind Mobile and their current CEO, Luke Matthew Chapman. Do your homework folks.

Kind Mobile appears to be a rebrand of…

Kind Mobile appears to be a rebrand of Earth Broadband, a company that had widespread complaints over double billing, price rises without notice and serious communication issues with customers (switching off phone lines and live chat) making it unfit for purpose as a broadband provider.
Now under a new name they have picked a new social issue to use a guise to lure in customers without any evidence of action, no donation records, partnership or verifiable initiative to support this claim… much like the tactics used by Earth broadband. This could fall under misleading marketing, regulated by the Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) and Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008.
Since rebranding their has been an unusual surge of 5 star reviews all before their business has even launched or created a working website while reporting legitimate one star reviews as false. This raises serious concerns about transparency and review manipulation. The company’s comment that “This review isn’t based on any genuine experience with Kind Mobile” apply to ALL their 5 star reviews.
Customers deserve to know the truth. Evidence of these practices has already been shared with ASA, Ofcom, CISAS, and Action Fraud for investigation.
