My new door and two windows were installed within a day. Tyrone was a pleasure to have in the house, did a perfect job and left everything clean and tidy. I’ve always used Kindlelight and never been let down. Their after sales service has also been excellent. They aren’t the cheapest but I highly recommend them for quality and reliability.

Everything was done on time, the installation went great and any mess left behind was cleared away. We were left nothing but a great new front door.

Excellent professional service, Dave the fitter was smart and very respectful to my elderly mother. After finishing the doors he left everything clean and tidy. I would highly recommend this company to everyone. Thank you.

Just felt the trustworthiness with the company, and respected. Kindlelight kept to their timings, and was professional all the way through. From the initial to the end. It was a good experience without any doubt. Despite the awful weather we had, the fitter (Wayne|), carried on his work without a whimper. (TOP MAN).

Two things drew us to Kindlelight. A neighbour had used them for a new front door and recommended them, and that they are local family run business that has been in business for over 30 years and survived the pandemic (so must be doing something right).
We were looking for a new front and back door along with a new set of patio doors.
From start to finish the process was very easy and went smoothly.
Neil the sales person explained our options and went through the pricing, 20% deposit, 60% stage payment once the items were produced (built) and 20% balance on completion of fitting. There was absolutely no pressure to sign and they came in with their best price from the start, none of this start at a high price and then gradually come down that some firms employ.
We were given a 6-8 week window for the items to be produced. They were available in just under 6 weeks and then it was less than a week before fitting was schedule to take place.
David the fitter (the MD's son) turned up on time (if not a bit early) on both days, before starting he explained what he was going to be doing each day.
Once fitting was complete, David explained the operation of the doors.
Everything was completed to a high standard and to our satisfaction. Would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone who needs new doors, windows etc.

We had 12 windows and 2 doors changed just before Christmas with Kindlelight and are extremely happy with the quality of service provided from them. With initial reservations about dust and dramas just before Christmas we was assured we had nothing to worry about. They was right everything was fantastic with minimal dust which they cleaned up every day. I would highly recommend and wouldn't bother using anyone else as the level of service was exceptional.

This is a very good company to deal with. Very helpful advice in response to my questions and requirements. Quick response with suitable, good quality alternatives and quotations. Very clear and quick communication throughout the process. The work was done to a high standard and within a suitable time frame. Any problems were quickly sorted out. Very happy to be able to recommend Kindlelight.

We have used Kindlelight many times over the past decade, their Service & Product are Excellent. Darren & Chris who have just completed New Fascias Guttering and Soffits on our Garage Building did a Fantastic Job. We would not hesitate to ask Kindlelight to Quote for any future Projects

From the moment we were able to visit the Kindlelight showroom & view the many available options for our new front door we felt very much like valued customers. Our salesman Niell was extremely helpful, answering all of our questions with professionalism and without being pushy or impatient. After selecting the door we wanted, Niell explained the buying process clearly. After about a week we had a survey completed, and roughly 4 weeks from ordering the door it was fitted. Our fitter Wayne again was very professional, polite, and very tidy. After fitting our door Wayne clearly explained the mechanism & how to lock & unlock our door.
Overall the whole experience from choosing our new door to fitting was excellent.
Therefore have no hesitation in highly recommending Kindlelight if planning on having a new door.

From my initial enquiry Kindlelight were highly professional always keeping their appointments, being open and honest with their quote and making an excellent job of the work required.

The work itself was fine and no problems with the crew.

Kindlelight lost a star for:-

Mentioning the stage payment at contract signature time, rather than in the quotation. It just seemed a little underhand.

Minor points like sending paperwork with the Amex logo then being told it is no longer accepted. And advertising a Freephone number that doesn't work. Unnecessarily sloppy.

The person who came to do the repair was intelligent and helpful - beyond what he had to do - and it was and is appreciated.

our fitter, Joe, was punctual hard-working and he cleaned up after he had finishes. All units fitted well and were to a very good quality.

The window fitter was polite and pleasant, and worked steadily to get everything done quickly.

BUT he arrived unexpectedly (not his fault) as the office had omitted to let me know he was coming.

Otherwise it would have been 5 stars.

I was very impressed with the workmanship and the two lads who amended my guttering. They were very helpful knew exactly what had to be done and at the end of the job informed me of what they had done. I would recommend this company to anyone who need an excellent job well done.
