Excellent customer support!

Kindful staff has always been extremely prompt in responding to my endless inquiries and has always provided step-by-step instructions on how to find solutions to my problems. I think there are some more kinks to be worked out in the integration of things like stripe, paypal and other payment portals which end up creating duplicate accounts by transaction type, and some manual functions can be automated, where some automated functions would be simpler for the admin if they were manual. For a basic donor management tool, this has been really great for our organization.

New updates are great for individual donor landing page. I do struggle when in activities/ contact. When building a report it is hard to find what I want to include. ie name, address, ytd contribution. Seems kind of random and not grouped well. Would be nice if there was a default. Sorry if I am having trouble explaining.

Our initial transfer of data was rocky but the Kindful team did all they could to help us make the transition as smooth as possible. We received customized service due to our own particular problems and it was very appreciated. Lots of back and forth with the customer service people and now, a year and a half later, we rarely, if ever need help. So pleased with our decision!

Kindful has been a great tool for us to use. They are super helpful and great customer service. Their platform is user friendly, and the open API allows our other applications to be useful as well. You have to make sure how the partners work and keep control of duplicate contacts or the CRM can get messy and you have multiples of contacts.

As the web designer for our organization, I particularly appreciate the ease of use for our donors. The interface is great too, and there ha e been so many new features added since we first started with Kindful. We sure appreciate the constant improvements.

Kindful had helped our organization because it is user-friendly, and it is accessible 24/7. It's CRM platform has allowed our donor to be informed about our fundraising events and support our organization.

The Kindful program is quite helpful. The staff and support team are exceptional and responsive and the tutorials thorough.

The program was not 100% user friendly as far as figure out certain functions on my own and I'm pretty savvy, but the support team negates that issue with their prompt attention.

Kindful is a great software for small to midsized nonprofits that are growing! The Kindful team was SO helpful as we migrated our previous donor payment system to theirs without losing a single recurring donor! We have multiple campaigns going at all times and Kindful makes it easy to run reports and track progress!

There are some aspects of the platform that are restrictive/undeveloped, but the team is very responsive to feedback.

I have been very happy with Kindful thus far and have referred to a few other orgs. I especially appreciate the ease of use, simplicity of data, and synchronization with other apps. The biggest pain point is in the manual tracking of pledges fulfilled through automatic recurring gifts. Pledges are such a big part of non-profit work, manual tracking is just not sustainable.

Easy to use interface makes all the difference!

Kindful is an excellent tool for tracking and maintaining your donor giving and information. We have found it so much easier to understand our donor pool and make plans on how connect them with our Mission and Vision. The only reason they are not 5 stars is because Kindful is not quite a full CRM. I would like to use it more for planning as a gift officer and they do not yet have that functionality. I am hopeful for the future because they have released updates in the last year that are making this more of a reality!

We've loved Kindful for years, but recently we had an issue with our campaigns, and it all stemmed from the fact that we have too many. It was disappointing to realize that our growth isn't something that Kindful can sustain long term. That's putting it in a dramatic light, but it's the sentiment I felt while trying to get the issue resolved. We love so much about Kindful, though, and are very thankful for how they operate and interact with their customers.

Kindful is easy to use and has made improvements since we started using in 2016. However, certain improvements that have been introduced this year are paid and beyond our budget to incorporate.

Kindful is an amazing tool that is constantly being updated and improved. It has been a great addition for our organization that helps us manage donations and stay on top of donor communications. I highly recommend Kindful.

Kindful has been such a great tool for us to use -- it's user friendly, easy to navigate, clean and straight-forward.

The only reason that I hold back on "5 stars" is there is one crucial process that is missing in Kindful that would be so helpful for our day-to-day use. This is a notification for when a donor updates their billing information. I've talked to Kindful staff in the past about working on this and I am hopeful it will be implemented in the future.

In the meantime, I'm grateful for all Kindful does for our organization!

Kindful is great for our organization. I've spent the past year revamping our use of it to maximize donor contact, and there have been some great results. I do wish there were some grant tracking features, and a bit more mobility navigating through contacts/activities.
