I gave a 5 star review upon purchase but would like to update when the product was assbled...
Has the hole already for the screw to be inserted and tightend.. the wood split..
The worse part of the purchase is that we have the person who made it or painted it,we have the persons hair painted to the wood and it's horrible to think we paid a decent price for back street quality..

Have already contacted the email you have provided and it was a 3rd party seller you supply but your details are provided in the box,nothing has been done regarding sorting this out as our baby is using it currently but to have HAIR painted to the a actual product is disgusting.

Snug As A Bug
I bought the Kinder Valley Next to Me Crib. The build quality is solid and firm, the mattress is surprisingly cosy, and it fits snugly against the bed for easy nighttime feeds. Assembly was quick, and the design feels safe and sturdy. Even in the coldest conditions (or just a chilly UK nursery), it keeps baby close and comfortable. Great value, great sleep, and great peace of mind. Highly recommend!

Load of rubbish and customer service was rubbish
My basket was 99 i didn't open it up until my baby was born given the price
It was damaged and sharp and chipped
When I contacted them and I had to replace my babys basket the day I found out it was damaged as he needs something to sleep in to be told they could only send out yet another expensive basket which isn't needed either now so I'm stuck with one damaged still with tags and another brand new and the one I got for him from argos same day took well over 8 days for them to organise sending out another which you kno what store credit would of made more sense over all lesson learnt just because it was expensive doesn't mean you should trust them

As the item was purchased three months ago and is now two months outside of our 30-day return window, our team arranged for a replacement to be dispatched as a priority. This has been accepted and dispatched. We’re pleased to confirm that the replacement has now been delivered.
While we understand this situation may have been frustrating, our return policy allows for returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase, following inspection of the item. After this period, items are covered under warranty, which allows for partial or full replacements depending on the nature of the issue. Teepee toddler bed
Teepee toddler bed. Having purchased this bed and after a few months the slats just starting falling out they seem too short. No matter how many times I put back they fell out again. Yes they sent a replacement base but same problem already fell apart when unboxed. The company have replaced the base again just assembled and hoping that it will now be okay.
