arrived but the product quality degraded quite a bit

Great selection of all sorts. Rare/Older models wich you woun't find anywhere else, in stock. Some new items as well. Great/fast communication support.

So the full story is the following, I ordered a few times from Otonajp and Motsutoys, but I wanted to order from a cheaper place.
Maybe I will be alone with my opinion, but in my country, I experienced sometimes shipping the product takes 1 week (not in stock, slow process etc) doesn't matter why so I have the patience to wait for my package.
A few days later I checked back what was happening with my order, and a few days later, it changed to a processing state. Shipping from the order takes 6 days. I think it's fairly acceptable!! I read many bad reviews from Kimochiishop, I do not agree with them. I suggest every customer wait, we don't know what's happening in the background.

Update:
Today, I got the package. All the boxed products are well packaged and wrapped one by one in a bubble folie. Also, the paper box is filled with newspaper. I asked it to fill the remaining space of the box with newspaper.
I recommend the shop!!

Bought items had to wait almost 2 weeks and didn’t even get the right item.

Payed for my order and they never sent me anything. Customer service won't reply to any questions about my order.

No shipping update and have not received package.

Time it takes for the items to arrive is very long, and items are missing 85% of the time, and those that which arrive are in very poor condition. Steer clear of this website.

Edit: All the 4-5 star reviews are fake. Do not trust them.

Discrete package just like asked, responsive customer service. My product survived 2 months (normal) of surface mail and arrived in perfect condition, packaged with protective bubbles and all. Perfect!

Long processing time but the cheapest shop you can find. This is a legit shop and I recommend it if you're saving money.

I ordered something but was given the wrong tracking number and even after trying to contact support I had no answer to my questions and was left in the dark.

Order took 2-3 weeks just to process, took another week for it to be shipped, only for the tracking number to not exist. Currently have no idea where my product is and it has been a month.

Although a lot feedback about not much feeling is because lubricant type they use is important. Go for water and a bit sticky type.

It took almost 1 month just to process and dispatch my order, fortunately, my place is near Japan so the time to my country is quite early if not sure 2-3 months I will receive my order.
Consider your time before ordering.

I have a pre order that seems like it should have released by now, I've sent several messages and emails asking about it but I get no response. At this point I would rather have a refund than my pre order.
