Never received my package. What I did receive was a "membership charge" - something I sure as hell did not sign up for.

This is a complete scam.

I mean... the cookware was late, but it's really really nice. I however also think they're scamming people somehow, because the price I bought it for was very very low - you can find similar in Hmoe Depot for 2x or 2.5x the price. They can't be making any profits on this...

I could live with the fact it took nearly a month for my order to arrive. I could also live with the fact that it was wildly different than the image on their website (because the product did its job). But what I cannot live with is checking my monthly statement with the additional unauthorized charges.

Heavily considering filing an FBI report.

Never received the items I ordered, and each time I inquired about it the texts were returned. I paid for them and am now contacting my Bank.

Cannot recommend shopping in this store. Mostly because when I placed my order, within several hours there were 3 more attempted charges on my card that I of course did not authorize.

Everything about this store is appalling. The nice website and the excellent prices lure you in, and then the trap snaps shut - crappy delivery (one thing took too long, the other didn't show up at all), no contact, 1 extra credit card charge.

These people should be behind bars.

I placed my order several weeks ago. Nothing came, they keep sending me tracking info that is evidently inaccurate. Classic scam.

Minus 5 stars if possible. I tried to cancel my order after I placed it, they told me I cant and will have to return it - fine. However once I got my order, I was never ever able to get a hold of them again. 39.99 wasted, thank you very much.

They run a credit card fraud, plain and simple. I placed my order and the next day, two extra small charges appeared from the same vendor. I have obviously never authorized this, and am in a process of recovering the stolen funds.

Prices looked too good to be true, and they were. While I received the product, it took forever, it quickly broke (of course just after the return period expired) - and same as others, I lost money through 2 extra fraudulent charges that I have never authorized.

Do not buy anything from this company. I purchased an electric blanket. I received a purchase confirmation but I never received anything and when I tried to contact company. I never received any reply back. This is a scam. Took my money and never received my merchandise.

Same as others, I never received my item and the email and phone weren't legit. This company needs to get off Google.

it is a scam site you will never get your merchandise the only 5 star reviews are mostly made by the same person do not buy from then. I have been going through their reviews and they are all bad not one good one and then after they steal people's money they have enough nerve to call them names. unbelievable

I lost 3000 buck yesterday do not buy anything scammer site I don't understand how they are on Google search on the top list must be someone scammer from India is in Google living here in California that's the main reason that google still allowed it to run scammer freely and took people hard earned money in second. I wish I have resources to find out the scammer in Cali . I wish I can show to the world that you are scammer I can't uploaded pictures here otherwise I will done it long time ago but I send all pictures and ordered number to trusted pilot people's they will find out everything about you

If I could have given this company, a zero, I would have. I ordered an Insta pot for $26.99 with my debit card. Well surprise surprise on Monday, January 12, 2026 I had two more charges from this company,. One was for $57.12 and the other was for $349. I have no idea what those two transactions were. I tried to email the company and got a failure notice I tried to call the company and supposedly there were no customer service representatives available and it hung up. I may go to the Attorney General and file a claim against this company

I m glad I read all the reviews but I did it after I iorder something got charged then tried to CANCELL my order email didn’t work phone not in service so I called my bank said didn’t know where this charge came from and flagged it had my card locked and got a new card and I filed report with the Federal Trade Commission at Report Fraud.ftc.gov. who knows how many people they have done this too thank you all for looking out for others hopefully that site will be down soon

KIM MODE aka Luxury Nest is a scam. They have made several fraudulent charges to my card after I foolishly placed an order. Their phone and email are inoperable. They are credit card felons.

Zero stars should be an option. Ordered a blanket. Never came. No tracking. Not a real phone number or email. They tried to buy $73 but thank god my bank declined it. Had to order another bank card. RUN RUN RUN AWAY! PURE FAKE SCAMMERS!!

This company is not legit! They provide amazing deals on the site. Shipment not only was never received but never received an email notification when it was to be shipped. I called the P# on the site, it never went through. I emailed the "Support" email address to see what would happen. I did receive a response, a response of undeliverable as this email address does not exist. I google mapped the street address and pulled up some kind of run down building.

My order was for $12.99. I then received two notifications from my credit card company that they had declined a second purchase of $63.00 and a third for $329.00.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!
