Mixed Bag

Returned some cufflinks as they did not appear in reality as they did online. It was also disappointing that my query could only be answered by the online team during certain hours that were reduced compared with normal shop hours. However, when I did manage to speak with the right person she was helpful.

I'm sorry that the cufflinks were not what you were expecting, but your refund has gone through.

With regards to the shop staff not being able to answer your queries, I do apologise but we were a bit short staffed the day you called and the person who would normally deal with online queries before the online team arrives was off sick that day.

Very impressed with the service

Very impressed with the service. Over a weekend ordered a whisky tasteing glass, engraved and gift wrapped and it arrived on the forth morning after order date. Product of good quality. Would highly recommend.

MacLeod plaid scarf

Prompt receipt of scarf only a couple of weeks after ordering. Fine quality, rich wool. I have an older one not quite as nice, but I'll keep that one since I'm 86, and pass the new one along to my son. He can tell everyone that this is Trump's mother's plaid, since she was Mary MacLeod from the Isle of Lewis. Of course at the present time, that may not go over too well.

I was most impressed

I was most impressed. I wanted to find something typically Scottish to send to France as a wedding present. A pewter quaich would be the perfect solution so I was thrilled to find such a wide selection on Kiltmakers website. The young lady who took my order was super efficient and very friendly too. The ordering process was very straight-forward and quick. The item arrived the next day. I was delighted at the quality of the gift.
All-in-all, it was a first-class customer experience. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.
