Compact and comfy as advertised

Compact and comfy as advertised. It is very difficult to get the fabric stretched over the chair. That may change with use as it stretches and breaks in. I am a little concerned that the fabric is so tight it causes the poles to bow and that may lead to the poles breaking in the future. Happy with it for first use, but time will tell.

I recently bought the kilos chair

I recently bought the kilos chair . I didn't realize the chair i wanted was the new one u have out now . Not the one I got the 2.0 it's OK but I found the directions difficult to put it together . Just not happy 😕 with it

This is a Chinese company

This is a Chinese company - using AI answers for customer service . Do NOT trust facebook ads. I was not satisfied with product and they said I could mail it to California to get a refund. MAiling to California is half the cost of the chair . I lost 200.00 for a chair and footrest. Buyer beware !

Easy to order

Easy to order, updated through my chairs journey to the UK.

I've not used the chair in anger yet but practiced in the kitchen!

Very easy to assemble and feels safe and secure. Comfortable to get in and out of. Looking forward to use it on our next adventure.

Kilosgear never shipped our paid items.

They sent a ghost shipment via Uni Uni that continued to report "attempted delivery failed" because building/ business was closed. We are open 7 days a week. There was never a shipping company attempting to deliver our items.

This is a FAKE & FRAUDULENT company pretending to be a legitimate business.

So far, we are 4 weeks past ordering, & still receiving fake delivery attempt emails & notifications.

I love the multi use functionality!

I love the multi use functionality of my light! The only down side of the product that I can see so far is that the magnet doesn’t seem strong enough to hold it onto a lot of metal surfaces. I personally don’t see a lot of times where I would need this feature and therefore I still believe it rates 5/5 stars.

Costly returns Expensive for the quality

Be careful what you order and read the return policy. We ordered 2 chairs, footrests, and shade covers and did not like the chairs finding them uncomfortable and marginal in quality especially for the price. Shipping costs to return exceeded 90 dollars. They pay nothing

I fell asleep....

I purchased the GrandPeak High-Back Chair and the Rover Camping Light X. Delivery was fast and arrived without fault. The chair is so comfortable, I set it up at home to test and whilst watching TV, fell asleep. The light is fantastic. The torch option has a super bright LED, and the functions on the light make it very, very usable. Being in the Australian military for 35 years, outdoor gear has to step up for me to give it the thumbs up. Well, this gear has 2, and I highly recommend both products. I will certainly be purchasing more KILOS GEAR as the quality is fantastic. P.S. Can you make it so the beer holder can fit a stubby holder with the beers in it? 😉

The experience was easy

the experience was easy. We got two chairs with footrest and canopy, a dining table and a round side table. All work well and are small to transport. Exactly what we were looking for.
