I received a damaged package and contacted Killer Ink for help. Caitlin took care of my case and the whole process was really fast and easy. They quickly arranged a replacement order, which arrived in just a few days. Everything was resolved in less than a week. Great customer service!

I use killer ink for most of my tattoo studio orders, on the rare occasion that something is not correct they have always sorted things out for me. I recently ordered a Ghost arm rest which was very expensive and twice it arrived with marks pre-existing on the brand new fabric. This is a problem with Ghost not killer ink but they refunded me slightly more than the price of a new pad. Tiziano was the member of staff that sorted the problem for me and he was very pleasant to deal with.

Had an immediate issue with a brand new…
Had an immediate issue with a brand new machine , it was very difficult trying to get a response from customer service, phone is hardly ever answered , they took ages to sort out a collection which was only resolved once I threatened refund. The replacement still hasn’t been arranged and we’re now over two weeks since purchase!
