Camia was very patient, kind and caring.

Camia replied to my emails not once but TWICE!! She made sure I felt comfortable and understood the directions and the application process. So this review is for the customer service experience. I have been applying the drops to my scalp for about 1 month. I have not noticed much growth (maybe a FEW baby hairs popping up just this week but I am not the best at applying every night. I did purchase a 3 month supply so I will try to be more diligent in these next two months. I will update my review if there’s improvement.

I can't cancel my subscription

I can't cancel my subscription. I had to go through multiple emails to find where I could cancel my subscription. Once I found it and selected cancel, it only allowed me to choose if I wanted to skip it for 45 days or for 90 days. There is no option to cancel. I'm sure they want you to contact them so they can try to talk you out of it. I don't have time for that.

Delivery was very quick

Delivery was very quick. Very fast and courteous getting back with me when I emailed a problem. My problem was handled with great satisfaction.
Their product was good but I could not use it due to fragrance.

I have been using the Kilgour products…

I have been using the Kilgour products for several months. The hair shedding has stopped. Any questions or concerns I may have had were answered directly by a representative within a few hours of my sending an email. Kilgour is a wonderful product with amazing customer service.

Very Helpful

Great product (It is growing my hair!!)

Great serum product (It is growing my lost hair!!)
Just got the shampoo and conditioner. They seem gentle and do a good job conditioning. Good customer service too with rapid reponse to questions.

Great product; easy cxl process if/when needed

Initially this product worked great! I had lost hair due to hormones but also because of Covid. Helped very much with regrowth and used it for over a year. I prefer to wash my hair only 2x/week and daily use started making my hair feel greasy thus I recently cxl'd yet have not figured out what I will do next. KilgourMD did make it very easy to cancel including sending me a personalized message to assist in the process without pressuring me to continue the subscription which I greatly appreciated!!

I had post menopausal hair loss

I had post menopausal hair loss. Used the serums for months as well as shampoo and conditioner. Had no new hair growth.
