I ordered a lamp and it didnt function at all after we took time and hired professional to install it. The G9 lightbulb didnt work at all from Europe.

I ordered from them, it seemed like a serious company, but it's a total scam, a ghost company. I spent 150 euros on nothing. I ordered in the first week of December, it said it would arrive before Christmas. It didn't arrive. I sent many emails, nothing. I wrote on Instagram, they replied, they said they would get back to me and they never did it again. It was probably a robot, something to make it seem real so they could cheat. It's the first time I've ordered something and got a scam. Avoid this company as much as you can. Zero.

I had several questions for Kiki lighting and they were excellent. A quick response time and a very positive experience buying from them. Would highly recommend.

Received the order after one month. For the price, I was expecting some kind of instruction with the fitting - we had to assemble it. Literally nothing in the box or on the online listing to show instructions on how to assemble (we have 3 pieces we don’t know how/where to use properly !), how to install it, or what bulb types/wattage to use etc. Thankfully have an electrician friend, but if we didn’t it would have cost even more. Would not purchase from KiKi again.

The lights are amazing ! It really corresponds to the one on the website. They are easy to fix, even for someone with no electricity experience like me !

I have ordered a lamp on the website without registering. Then I received a confirmation of order but nothing about the equipment shipment.
It is not easy to contact the customer service team, possible only by email, I did it and after some time I received a reply. After 2 exchanges I understood that the precise size and colour I ordered were not immediately available. As I needed the lamp on due date for a gift I had to ask the cancellation of the order with refund of the full amount.
After some days it was done, thanks to the customer service team. I would say this brand is definitely a serious reference for e-trade.

After we received a damaged pendant lamp, Kiki was willing to send us a new one, which we received in perfect condition.

We bought 5 pendant lights on kikilighting and we contacted the company by email to make some modification to our oder. Their reply was fast and the lamps we receive are of good quality, not damaged by transport and with the specifications required. OVerall, this is a very good experience; thank you
