I initially was very upset as the cap I received didn’t turn on. However, once I sent cap back and sent tracking number a new cap was sent. This one works well out of the box. Customer service was responsive to emails quickly and put up with my frustration! I am hopeful to see results. Cannot comment on efficacy yet but can say they treated me well and helped solve a device issue by promptly sending a new one.

I'm sold on the 302 lasers and believe that the coverage will be exceptional to reactivate dormant follicles. I've only been using it for a little more than a month, but I believe that the shedding is slowing already.

I have been using the Kiierr 272 Premiere for 3 months now and am beginning to see the signs of new hair coming in. I tried the Theradome for 1 full year and did not see any improvement. In fact, the before and after picture showed further recession. I am optimistic about my results so far and my wife has noticed much less hair falling out once she started using the kiierr device as well. We are happy with the results this far. The only reason I am currently giving a 4 star is because I don't have a full picture yet as to what the end result will be. The company has been great to deal with, fast responses and great product.

I’ve been using my Kiierr laser cap for several years, and have been impressed with the results. When I first started treatment, I was dealing with noticeable thinning, especially on the crown. After consistent use, I experienced significant hair growth and a clear improvement in hair density and thickness.
The change was so noticeable that friends and family started asking me what I was doing or what product I was using to get my hair looking fuller again. It felt great to be able to point to the Kiierr cap as the reason behind the improvement and have recommended it to several friends who have been looking for fuller looking hair.
Unfortunately, the unit was damaged while in moving so I had to pause treatment for a while. Im in the process of getting a replacement and I’m excited to get back on track. They kept sending me ads when they couldn’t deliver what was purchased. When it finally showed up 3 weeks late, it was a used cap that wouldn’t even fit a child’s head.

I just received my cap! It was packaged beautifully and comes with everything as promised. The cap is a bit tight as I have a large head, but the claim is that it does not have to fit tightly to work. Time will tell! The case to store it in between uses is very nice, and the ball cap is a bonus!

I researched and read many reviews before making the investment in the Kiierr laser cap. After almost a year unfortunately I do not see any difference. I purchased the Kiierr vitamins and also a filtered shower head wanting to maximize the results but for me there was no improvement. I also eat well and exercise regularly. Maybe it works well for some and I'm just one of the unlucky ones.

I just received my cap yesterday, it’s well packaged and it seems to be easy to use, but shipping time was a problem, it took 3 weeks to receive since I placed the order. I’m all about to see good results.

Product did not work. Company has refused to provide service for their guarantee and growth policy after a week of emails trying to push away refund.

Rather than refund, the company tries to push customer to use longer. Refuses to processe refund when declining additional supplements and extentions.

I have been using the Kiierr laser cap since 2020. During this time I have more growth on the crown and temples of my head. My hairline has doubled in thickness. I use it every other day for 30 minutes according to the instructions. It is so easy to use. The product and service are impeccable.

Company is nice, purchase went smoothly. No issues with product. Never contacted customer support so I can’t comment there. I wish the hat worked better and provided the results that are shown on the website but that was not the case. However it did fortify the hair I already had and make strong and healthy severely cutting back on any shedding so I’ll accept it. Can’t say I’ve seen any “new” hair growth from this product after 8 months but I do like that it’s sustaining what I have already it seems.

It took over 2 weeks to get my cap because they were out of stock. I was frustrated, but Steven at customer service was very attentive and assured me my cap would ship as soon as it arrived, which it did and I received it in 2 days! From my research, I knew this cap would be the best for me so it was worth the wait.

No Customsr Service or Support. I purchased my cap, the most expensive one they sell, during Black Friday sale 2025. I’ve been using it daily since purchasing for 4-1/2 months now. The cap seems to not be working. My hair loss is actually getting worse.

I have tried calling Kieirr. They do not answer the phone. Selecting “customer support” directs you to an automated recording telling you to try submitting a chat on the website or submitting a ticket.

Chat is not an option on the current website. It doesn’t exist. There is no chat function.

There is also no option to submit a ticket for support on the website.

There is a form to send an email. I sent an email to the email address listed on their website a week ago describing my situation and have not received any response from Kiierr. I have also completed the email form on their website with no response.

Very disappointed in this experience. For so much money I expected some results and a fantastic Customer Experience and Support. I am getting neither of these.

Be wary.

Customer service continues to be amazing. I lost my charger and customer service agent went through everything step by step even when this boomer could have driven anyone in tech crazy.

Great customer support. I received answers to my (shipping) questions almost instantly. Kiierr was able to change delivery times to ensure that I was home to receive my nifty laser cap.

Service was very good. More importantly, the product works.
