Absolutely HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Absolutely HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I am still in shock. After weeks of waiting and exchaning rude emails, Khiels Spain does not want to return my money after sending back their poor quality product. The information you find on the website is fraudulent. Do not trust their return policy, never buy from the online store, if anything buy in physical store. People who work for the online departments are absolutely clueless about what they are doing, they are unprofessional, rude and lack basic notion of what customer service is. Extremely poor experience, will never repeat it.
