Too late and incomplete
Too late and incomplete! I ordered 3 pieces on the 12th of december.
One of the pieces in the order was "rejected". If it is a not available piece don't put it online! Then confirmation for the other 2 came on 17th of december. The package came this week?!? It could have been an Xmas present?!?This is bad service. I wouldn't recommend it.

As our items are listed across more than 10 platforms (Printemps, Galeries Lafayette, Vestiaire Collective, etc), there can exceptionally be slight timing gaps where an item sells simultaneously, in which case it is immediately refunded.
We also understand your disappointment regarding the delivery timing, especially before Christmas, and truly apologize as we usually always ship items within 48h.
