Bad customer service
I cancelled my subscription a month before the the renewal date and they still charged me. When I realized it I tried canceling again and saw it wasn’t letting me so I called and the woman at the call center proceeded to not listen to anything I asked. But wanted to do all I didn’t ask for I told her nevermind I’ll leave a review and figure it out about canceling and she called me back. I asked her why did she call back this is harassment and she said yes it is. After telling her over and over again I don’t care about the charge now but I’ll leave a review I hung up again. This company is a rip off I never got anything from it so I’ve hired my own agent for my kid. I do not recommend

Great support for those new to the industry
While my kids haven't gotten any paid gigs from kidscasting, they have interviewed and tried out for several opportunities and been selected for inclusion in a magazine. Customer service was surprisingly helpful, and I've contacted them several times. When I had a concern about a specific situation, they were extremely responsive and supportive. Being new to the industry the webinars and educational opportunities are great. I recently signed a nonexclusive agreement with an agent for my kids but will continue to keep my membership with kidscasting because I find it helpful to see what's out there and I like access to the tips and webinars.
