I bought the book, the quality is so bad and it is nothing promise in the advertising. Not to mention it is double price if you order in some normal book store. By the way the 30 days 100% guarantee does not work, onde you ask for it, they denied and tell you the post fee for devolution is very expensive and of cousre, you have to pay for it. DO NOT FALL FOR IT!
I placed an order for a book that their website said was in stock. Over a month later the order status still says processing. Contacted them twice by email with no response.
Books are supposed to be slightly defective. I purchased 7, and all appear to be perfect. Great prices, great products. Very happy with the books. Will purchase from them again.
I live in USA and ordered exactly one week before Christmas. Kidsbooks shipped my order the first business day after I ordered and the item arrived on Christmas Eve!! Super impressed and will definitely order again! Thank you for great and prompt service.
I was skeptical. That was 2 years ago. I've placed at least 4, maybe 5 orders. I was wary given that they describe these as surplus books and mention minor wear and tear. Thus far, all my books I have received have been pristine and look brand new. The ONLY thing I noticed was a small red or black dot on the binding. I barely notice it. The discounts on books are amazing. This year, I am able to purchase a good chuck of my daughter's teacher's book wish list at a considerable discount. This allows us to buy her another item on her wish list and still stay within our budget. I highly recommend this website. (shipping is a little slow but that's really the only negative.)
