I contacted them and they claimed their returns system was unable to generate returns labels so to wait. 2 months later im still waiting and they are now not responding to my emails or messages!! I am from the netherlands and somehow i cant return items??? When contacting support i get a message failure saying their inbox is full. Return policy is 14 days but ive been trying to get in touch with them for the past 10 days without success. Think i have to sell the items on vinted. i wont order again, very bad customer service and total waste of money!!
Order items weeks ago. Didn't arrive. Tracked it and DHL stayed it was returned to store. Called store they're extremely unhelpful, saying they haven't processed it. Won't give me my money. Having to go through my bank for refund. AWFUL!

Customer service is not helpful.
Had a dispatch email and tracking. tracked it and the item had been shipped back to sender - they hadnt attempted delivery. Spoke to DHL and was told Kids around hadnt sent the correct paper work for the delivery, I spoke to Kids around and they refused to process the refund until it came back to them. Needed the item for a holiday and will have to pay out elsewhere and wait for the refund. Avoid!
