I am a bit disappointed with regards to…

I am a bit disappointed with regards to my refund of which was told that it will reflect into my account within 3 to 7 day but it never did. When I did reach out to let them know that my refund I did not received it. The came back response was according to their systems it shows that the money was refunded.to the whole thing made no sense at because when the money was taken from my account through virtual account, in which I did mention it in first responding email that my virtual account is NO LONGER ACTIV and it was done by my Bank. there were no further details required from me in order for them to put through the refund money. And the very end of the situation conversation up and until now currently I had received another email regarding the same issue and apologize..
