Wish so bad we'd read reviews first 😭 placed an order which was meant to be 1-2 days FedEx but no tracking, and no goods. Hoping the bank will refund the money. All phone numbers are not in use

I ordered a mini moto for my son costing me £199.99 was time the shipping was on with it and will take 2 days it been 6 days . I have contacted them by email. Was told it was with fedex . Had no tracking number . The phone number on their website invalid. So rang my bank and canceled it's.

Ordered 3 items last October, still not arrived. Won’t answer any of my emails. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

They are scammers they kept promising it was on its way and I never received the game. Disgusting people not even in Great Britain - do not have any dealings with them

I still have not received all my order. I ordered an extra car which I still have not received. I am also extremely unhappy with the items I have been sent. It would appear that they are cheap copies obviously made in China and I am still waiting for my claim for a refund to be dealt with.

Shocking service - wish I'd read the reviews before trying to purchase a Christmas presesnt for my Grandaughter! As everyone has mentioned, paid for in good faith, no delivery, feeble excuse from Nick Bredermeyer stating new company bla bla bla - still no refund!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

My order never arrived. I ordered from them a couple of years ago then this time saw it again and decided to try my luck again. No parcel, no refund.

SCAMMING COMPANY
I ordered several items in October/November they have not been delivered. When first contacted they apologised stating they were a new company. I have since contacted them twice with no response.

My order didn't arrive from November. Every time I messaged them they said they were a new company and had to order more stock!
Now looking at the reviews I guess I have been scammed too ! ...

Never received my parcel 5113 and no refund don't buy from this company been in touch with Niklas Bredemeyer about 10 times he ends up saying we are a new company and new stock has just come in we will send it out in 2 days. What a parcel of rubbish definitely don't get anything from this company

This is my second review as I did receive car track and car. But smells of burning the car gets so hot within few minutes can not use. terrified it will go on fire. This was my Grandson 3 year old Christmas present. They should be put in prison for making dangerous toys

Ordered a Christmas presents , sent me a fake Evri number which eventually did track , when item arrived it looked clothes when I ordered a hard shell toy- opened the package and it was full of blank folded tissue paper. They did this so they can get proof of delivery but I lost £60 - I’m fuming and upset as a pensioner ordered grandchildren 2 Xmas presents - more upset as this Company has ruined there day having told them it was delivered .
So they now filling the items with paper, posting out, and saying it’s delivered so they can argue the credit card refund- what scammers, hope karma gets them

I order a baby sling in October but hasn’t arrived after many emails to the company as per their information to contact them. If we have any problems, they just don’t respond never got my money back and have never received the sling and never received a decent email telling me when the sling will arrive, so if you’re thinking of ordering from this company think again

I ordered 3 items and none were delivered. Sent emails asking for expected delivery date and just received the same answer that as a young company they were having supply issues. I then asked for a refund and unsurprisingly didn’t get any answer. My advice would be to not use this company totally unreliable and untrustworthy

I placed an order for 3 Montessori interactive coloured chess games on 11th October. I am still waiting for delivery of these. I also order 2 frog balance games which arrived but they are terribly cheap quality and totally inappropriate for age 3(which is the age stated on the website). I think this company may be a scam as despite many emails I have not had any joy from my request to return these toys nor delivery of the chess games

I would never order off these again, I ordered an elephant with blue on for a boy they sent me a pink one I also ordered a caterpillar but never received it or a refund I’ve sent numerous emails and all I get back is the automated reply,

I ordered from them in October. Received nothing. I've emailed constantly and I've had 1 reply saying will be despatched the following week. Still waiting and now they don't reply to any emails requesting my money back.

I ordered in October and they've sent nothing except the same email 3 times telling me it's on the way.
It's a SCAM and they should be reported to Trading Standards.

Total scam company, same as the rest of reviewers, ordered 2 November, sent fake tracking number, no response to any e mail, like others wish I had read the reviews.

As with other reviews, this company needs to be reported to trading standards. Do not buy. No response to recent emails - game bought in October.
