After months of messing around trying to get a refund for an order that was never in stock, I had to make a chargeback with the credit card. Shame it had to be that way.
My previous review was removed by kidits, so I've missed out the rest.

they are unreliable, untrustworthy, and bad business. l am still waiting a refund for a product l ordered and payed for but was not in stock. that was 3 months ago.

Do NOT buy anything from kidits. The website may get you thinking they are UK based and reputable but they are not. You will not be able to speak to anyone in a timely manner if and when things do go wrong you will find yourself getting frustrated in email chains. They offer no customer service or after care - in order to do this they would need to see you as a customer first and also care about your purchase - sadly they care about taking your hard earned cash and that's about it. Customer services are as helpful as an ash tray on a motor bike. Our item cost £220 GBP and arrived a month late so missed my sons birthday deadline and I had to jump through hoops to get that resolved on my own fro tracking number. Eventually it arrived damaged (not working) so now they expect me to send a video showing me filming my phone from another phone to show that the bluetooth does not connect to the device that I purchased - so the saga continues. The branding and manual also clearly illustrate that the item is a counterfeit and therefore being an electrical device with a build in battery is in my view dangerous. STAY CLEAR OF KIDITS AND THEIR ASSOCIATED UMBRELLA ORGANISATIONS - YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!! Apart from the above life is rosy.

I canceled my order because I was waiting so long. never got refund. order was from February

Trading standards won't do anything, they won't give you your money back so hit their pockets.

Type in Kidits toys/ games other variations into Google and click the 'Ad' link. Stay click something when your on site and go through a few different searches/ devices so Google doesn't see as bad visits and you'll be costing them money.

Absolute scumbags - bad enough stealing money but also meaning kids don't get their birthday presents is disgusting

Giving one star is being over generous.
They keep making excuses as to why they have not refunded me for an item that was never sent.
I only wish I was privy to the complaints of others before I order goods from them.
Something should be done to stop them trading.

As many others have said these guys steal your money! I ordered a bike for my son's second birthday, delivery date past so I contacted them ask when I would receive my order. Eventually after lots of ridiculous answers from them I cancelled my order and asked for a refund, this was over 45 days ago and I have STILL not received my refund - they keep fobbing me off with there has been a problem with their refund platform - complete lie!

Please do not get ripped off by these scum bags.

I cancelled my order! Never received a refund by the 14 day deadline. Its nothing but excuses by these scammers! I contacted one of the brand name suppliers (SMOBY) to this so called company and they do not supply them. They also operate under another website...wellindal.co.uk......
DO NOT BUY FROM THESE AND AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Stay away paid for toys for my grandaughter never received them

I put in a order for toys for my grandaughter 70pound it come to never received any toys couldn't sent any emails to them there's no contact number

i ordered a monopoly game for my sister's birthday
1 it arrived late
2 the image is a lie
3 the image shows a English board game when i got the game it was in Spanish!

Horrendous. I ordered two hot food flasks at nearly £40. It was necessary to get this as quickly as possible so I let my daughter choose when normally I would have thoroughly researched an online company before purchase. Just wanting a problem resolved and seeing the padlock and relatively professional looking site, my guard was down. I had paid £6.99 for express delivery thinking this would mean my daughter could have a hot lunch as soon as possible. The week came and went... no lunch flask . I have contacted the company several times, no reply. I have now checked trust pilot, awful reviews. These are clearly scammers based in Spain. I got an e_mail to say my google account password had been changed at the same second you asked me to change my password on your site. You are scammers, thief’s and deplorable people, I don’t know how you sleep at night. You seem to think you can treat people however you want and you will get away with it, and you have been. Things need to change, the consumer needs to be better protected.you need to be treated as the criminal that you are, you are a thief. You take people’s money with no intention of delivering the goods.

Really really slow, no item received by due date and then when I contacted them they were slow to reply and said it had been shipped....not worth the hassle and think it might be a scam.

Didn't have what I ordered, even though still advertising it as in stock and on special offer. Did get a replacement which arrived quick and problem free, not the greatest experience but not a con or scam. Just think they need to tell you if things are available before you pay.

Ordered for Christmas at the end of November. Got an email the week before Christmas saying, they wouldn‘t be able to deliver by Christmas and would I like to cancel the order. I responded within an hour saying it was supposed to be a present from Santa, so I would like to cancel and requested a refund.

Two days later (after I had already ordered a replacement from another company) I received an emailed confirming my oder had been shipped, due 7th Jan?!?

When I contacted them to say I had cancelled, their response was that they can‘t stop the delivery now and that I should just refuse the package when it arrives. I did this (12th Jan)... Am still waiting for my refund. They say they have no proof I refused it, and as I have no tracking number I cannot do anything about it.

Kidits is a SCAM - avoid like plague!!

Ordered once, they took money and I never received product. Nowhere to contact the company.

As of February 15th I am still waiting on a refund from this company. Terrible customer service!

Dear KIDITS ONLINE TOY PIRATES I have checked my account and you said thet i will receive my refund that you said that that you will return by 31st jan has NOT BEEN UPHELD FROM YOU. I PLAN TO TAKE ACTION ON THIS .YOU ARE TREATING ME LIKE A IDIOT. Refund deadline you say ???. I dont think so . the dely is on your side .  so why are you treating me like i am stupid? Has a customer i have rights . and if you are taking money from customers accounts and not acting on their instructions (contract or no contract) its still theft of funds . i have been requesting for my funds that you help you self to back in November and you confirmed that you will return into my bank by or brfore jan 31st.  You are a terrible company with lies and false promises just rolling from you your customers services .. And now i can see tou have even blocked my email and request for my attention. !

SHOCKING, you cannot get hold of them whatsoever i have emailed 3 times and had no response... they say delivery in 5 working days but once you have paid the delivery shows over a month and still then it has not arrived, the tracking number takes you to a courier service that cannot be contacted either and also do not respond to email...all it says is they have been pr advised about package. at this point i am still left to wonder whether or not i will ever receive my items which were meant for my daughters birthday.... I ordered goods on the same day from Ubuy and it was amazing arrived in a week no hassle.... so sorry i didn't order it all from them...

Does anybody have a direct email address or any way to get hold of them?
