I have bought the slime product,really bad quality and also the basket that you mix the colors etc was broken at the bottom( I haven't seen that) and as a result I destroyed also ny jean.the customer service proposal was to give me a discount at next order but it's unacceptable because the product was faulty and i will never buy again from kiddo.

My experience with this store has been extremely negative. I have been waiting for my order for over a month, even though it was fully paid in advance, and I still have not received anything.
I only received an order number and a tracking number, but the shipment was never actually sent. The delivery company confirmed that they only received electronic shipment data, not a physical package. Despite this, the seller repeatedly claimed that the order had been shipped, which is not true according to the carrier.
Because of this situation, I even had to send them a strict warning email, but so far I have received no response and no resolution at all.
From my point of view, this looks like a scam, and I strongly do not recommend this online store. There is no communication, no product, and their statements are misleading.
