2 years later they want to issue a refund for finger paint product with high levels of certain chemicals. I paid by credit card, yet they want my complete banking information, acct. number, routing number, name/address of bank in order to issue said refund. NO. To others, please don't give them this information!

Although I had no issues with my order (it arrived more or less timely and was complete ), a year later they reached to me that they exceeded levels of lead allowed and therefore I should dispose of everything (and I mean everything, every single item was affected, even toys made of felt). I requested a refund since their products are definitely dangerous and they wouldn’t issue it to me and instead want to send a replacement. Which is great of course, but why would I want anymore of this junk which is dangerous for my child’s health

I received an email that said my address was wrong. I’m still waiting to hear from them.

Don't buy anything is here! Take 1 month to get my delivery and i didn't received yet. Already asked for refund, nothing.

Really bad customer service.

I am awaiting a parcel since mid July. Didn't know it was being sent from abroad and has apparently been sat in the Midlands since beginning August. Asked who carrier is, no reply. Not happy. Avoid.

Ordered the name stamp and it worked beautifully, I got it within the stipulated time as well, even during busy December holidays. I had an issue with the stamp lid and in only 2 days of messages I'll be getting a replacement soon. Definitely recommended. Great product and great customer service.

It took more than a month to get the talking flashcard device that I ordered for Christmas for my 21-month-old granddaughter. They send you a tracking number but you must sign up with a separate app to track and that looked sketchy to me. I reached out via email to them and they never answered. As far as the product itself, we are in the US and it appears that the voice for the audible flash cards uses a somewhat British accent. That's fine and perhaps funny... but should be mentioned. My daughter steered me toward this company because it was supposedly out of California, but the item was sent from China. Finally, though the product is supposed to be for 1+ age, the cards are so thin that they are easily bent or torn by a toddler when she tries to insert or remove the cards from the device. Definitely not worth the $32.99 I spent on it! I won't bother trying to return it to get my money back because I imagine it will just be an exercise in futility with their previous performance in not answering my email inquiry. I wish I'd read the other comments on your site and I will definitely head to Trustpilot in the future before purchasing products.

They are lairs.
They have an address registered in London but are a Chinese company. Their website has a za ending which implies that they have a presence in South Africa. Another lie.

Lies, lies and more lies.

It is a fraud and it takes ages and you will never get ur order and when u send mail to inquire, they never bother to reply.
Stay away from it.It is a Freud.
