The scooter arrived with a flat tyre
The scooter arrived with a flat tyre , and the valve to connect to a pump was so far in it could not be connected not even a professional could without taking the wheel off, customer service was abysmal the guy was so condescending it bordered on abuse , even telling me it was only a "few screws no specialist tools required, a knife possibly" when I asked how this would affect the warranty I was ignored n told all scooters come with flat tyres and valves unreachable really kiddies motors
After writing this I was contacted by the company , they are willing yo reimburse the cost of getting it sorted so that at least is something , but I was treated very unfairly

The car got damaged in transit but Naz quickly arranged for a replacement to be sent out to ensure that our granddaughter had her car for her birthday, and she loves it, as do many of the adults!!

Wouldn’t buy, was damaged when delivered
Scratches all over and chips of paint, also I asked for grey not silver. So I’m unaware to how grey is sliver, makes no sense, only opened it Friday as it was for my son’s first birthday Saturday, so had no choice but to give it to him as it’s his birthday, but thanks for all the scratches and chips, wonderful 👍🏼 wouldn’t buy from here box was ripped and dented also😡
