This was my first time dealing with reps, I was a little nervous ordering but I am a believer I Had a great experience. Shoes came weeks maybe less, and they are legit. godkillers is incredible. They look identical to the retail pair. Quality, box in good condition and communication was excellent! I missed out on the trophy room raffle but Kickwho came through clutch on this pair! I think kick who should have more clothing brands like palm angels,trapstar,Louis Vuitton,supreme,nike tech fleece,eric Emanuel,and more bape will make the brand way better and i will definitely be shopping there more than i do already so kick who if you see this please add this.

I got the cactus jack j4 and I’m not disappointed these are probably the best reps I’ve seen they feel great and they look just like they do in all the photos. Their customer service is also great. They responded immediately. We had a quality check problem and we squashed it out in no time 10/10 experience

I paid via PayPal and was told 5-10 days for DHL express back in early September but nothing came.

Have tried many times via email and WhatsApp to contact seller but they simply ignore and do not respond.

Do not buy from these dodgy people.

Rip off! Ordered sneakers in april and never received them. They respond very quick and friendly before the payment, and now they ignore my emails.

Buyer beware. Better yet - avoid entirely! I’ve purchased from this online retailer twice. They are either based in China or Singapore. They keep their location purposely obscure so this is not easy to ascertain. On all occasions over the course of two separate purchase when I tried to inquire via their chat feature, I have been met with a terribly rude representative. It seems that only one person manages this, and they will not provide alternatives to chat with anyone else. In this most recent interaction, I was trying to find out the status of my order when I found out that due to my simple inquiry previously (which was consistently and abrasively answered) about an unclear overcharging beyond the “total” listed during the transaction, this agent outright cancelled my order unbeknownst to me without my authorization. I found this out when my order, which appeared as if it was still being processed and is still not cancelled at the time of this review, did not progress after 6 days and had to follow up again. Furthermore, technically speaking, in the refund transaction, they shorted me for no reason, even if it was only by under a dollar. But why do it? It’s still theft as they did not fully refund me and left me without the product. KickWho is a sneakers replica seller that makes fake brand name shoes which they still sell at a considerable premium. They regard any and all inquiry as an attack and I’m wondering why they even pretend to have an online chat feature if they have no intention of helping customers. They give foreign vendors a terrible reputation and KickWho should not sell to American customers if their proficiency of English is as poor as their deplorable “customer service” which is anything but that. For a company selling straight-up knockoffs, they take a bold position to be abusive to their customers.
